I have an old HD, case and PS that I'll upgrade in a couple months, but they should work for now.

I have not bought a SSD yet nor a video card, the video card is my next purchase but i am a bit rusty and i have looked at Toms Hardware benchmark tests and found a couple but frakly there are too damn many to choose from.

Could I get some advise, or could you post what you are using in your system, my budget is around $300 for a video card.

Also what Power Supply capacity should I shoot for, 550W or 750W (i plan to O.C. the Cu to about 3GHz if that makes much difference)?

Thanks in advance for the replies.

i guess best performance for 2 screens would be 2 gtx460 (non sli .. 1 card for the main screen 1 card for the slaves at the second) .

but my personal tip for max boxing performance would be 1 gtx460 oc (i use a gigabyte gtx460/1g OC II for 2 1680x1050 screens ~50fps @ main and 4x20fps for the toons ... i guess my good old core 2 quad is the slow part in my system ;/ ) and a ssd ..

if you use a 30" tft then the gtx460 will still be fast enough for wow (even 5x) but will get problems with things like crysis and other highend games.

for the PSU .. a GOOD 550W should do it if u dont plan to buy 580gtx/that dual gpu ati monster cards . the important part is the GOOD .. so no 20 buck psu ;D

I have since ordered a Power supply
CORSAIR CMPSU-850TX 850W
(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139009)
And a Video card .
GeForce GTX 470 (Fermi) (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130549)

And a new SSD.
OCZ Agility 2 OCZSSD2-2AGTE60G 2.5" 60GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227542)

Hopefully this will complete my build.

Thanks for the reply.

I would go with a single video card, the best you can get for your budget.
With only two monitors, one video card will more than suffice.

And having both monitors on the same card, will be better performance when you switch which toon you're driving.
