i ran a bit into strath last night, seems like the mobs top out at 49. If Wowhead is up to date then our only options might be ST, BRD and BRS from 50-58. None of which I greatly enjoy :(

BRD is GREAT exp. I used to love Scholo for boosting with a boomkin and not having to move the lowbies. Then Drin suggested to go to BRD and you get a lot of more exp from kills there. Downside is that you do have to move the lowbies and that it can be somewhat of a maze the first couple of runs.

Yep im hearing BRD is the best for boosting, I went into UBRS but it didnt feel worth the time for the bit of xp i gathered, so will try BRD tonight and just keep moving my little guys. Its a shame they killed scholo for us, that was such an awesome gathering of mobs with very little effort on our part for leveling...oh well with change comes challenges.

I haven't tried power leveling any new teams yet, but just created my holy cows team so will be back in the lowbie dungeons again soon to see how they've changed that all around and how many runs it takes to actually level up now.

ST is not that great. It has been changed quite a bit (dumbed down). A lot of the mobs have been removed and it seems that there are very few elites left. I just ran it at 51 and only got a third of a level. Going to keep going until 52, as I hope that then the quests will be active.

Also, they closed the gate that separated live strat and dead side.

For those that dont know, they seemed to have put all quests for an instance inside, at the beginning, of the instance. Normally just doing these quests will give you around 2 easy levels. This is my experience with sc, scholo, strat and st. Can anyone confirm if they have done this with Outlands instances?

SM is working fine not as well as before but, the new quests at the start of the instance might make up for this. I may check out diremaul as it is now 36-52 or something, so a slight step up from SM.

Also, powerlevelers be aware that on beta the last couple days it was open I scouted around for the best place to aoe lvl my lock with healers out side the group and If my character got healed from an out of party healer during the fight they took exp from the kill. :(

Always headed there at 55th.
Hopefully 57th is a mistake, but given Outland is 58+ (to take quests, at least) it probably isn't.

It's definatly 57 now. I was boosting my husband's new rogue and we headed there at 55 earlier this week and it was a no-go. That was a bummer.

findings:
BRD:
I don't remember what level I had to be to get into BRD; I think it's 45 now. What's really neat is they've put in chain quests throughout the dungeon, quests that follow this format.
Person A: "Kill Enemy A and report to person B."
Person B: "Kill Enemy B and report to person C"

-The only exception was the Heart of the Mountain quest, but one of their kill quests takes you down Dark Iron HIghway to Baelgar anyway so you can farm up the 10 or 12 necessary Relic Coffer Keys.

-There is no longer any key of any kind required for unlocking doors or Shadowforge Locks to progress or shortcut through BRD.

-There is a goblin who does repairs near the zone entrance.

-There is a graveyard 5 yards outside of the zone entrance. Subterranean graveyard. Not recommended for those prone to depression or claustrophobia.

-There are "abandoned mole machines" that let you shortcut from the entrance
-One goes to the "Domicile" (that's upstairs from the Gladiatorial Pit and across the bridge from Pyromancer Loregrain, around the corner from the top of Finneous Darkvine's ramp and the Relic Coffers) or
-One goes to "Just past the Grim Guzzler", so you're upstairs looking down on Lord Incindeous. This cuts down a lot on the time needed for a shortcutted MC Attunement!

This was worth mentioning because these are 17k quests. With heirlooms, these are 20k quests. With heirlooms and RAF, these are 60k quests. That is more than half of a level for crap you were going to kill anyway, and they added mole machine networks. Yay! I don't know when they become available (2 show up a few levels before the others) but i'm pretty sure all of them became available between 51 and 54.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
LBRSUBRS:
My name is http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Kilrogg&cn=Mcbunsy . I used to enter here at 45. I know, I'm a horrible person. But they've upped it to 48. There's 3 quests here, and again they're available right near the zone-in.

1) Quest 1: Kill Omokk & Voone & Wyrmthalak. This is your LBRS round-up. Naturally it gave about 62k with double heirlooms and RAF xp. Also rewards a blue item.
2) Kill Rend Blackhand. 62k XP with heirlooms and RAF. Also rewards a blue item.
3) Kill General Drakkisith. 62k XP with heirlooms and RAF. Also rewards a blue item.

I think LBRS and UBRS are worth mentioning because I leave all of my alts in that first entryway. They never lay eyes on an enemy. PErsonally I run them into the right-front corner pocket as you enter, and they never have to move.

First pull, kill the first room. I'm a paladin so I pretty much just walk around backwards spamming Hammer of the Righteous and Word of Glory. (holy wrath is nerfed split-damage. Consecration is lame, it's not even up every pull anymore even when you're pulling 40 enemies. Avenger's shield is moderately useful)
Second pull: I actually wait and do the first room down the ramp to the right now (the one with the hole you don't wanna fall in, or you end up leaving the instance). There's a ton of guys in a little hidden pocket up the ramp in there, and the XP is definitely worth the time put in.
Third pull: Start running down the ramp toward the big open area where Garrosh wanders around crying. Punch those first two groups in the face and jump down into that little recessed area where there's summoners and stuff. (this is before you cross the first rope bridge). If the warlocks and summoners are being naughty, just run back toward the entrance but on that lower area. You'll find yourself under a little overhang, and they'll be forced to LOS you a little.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v612/Crema/1st3.jpg
Fourth pull: This is the first epicly long pull in the series. Run across rope bridge number one, grab that group there and run across rope bridge number 2. Grab everyone you can. I use holy wrath on some, avenger's shield on the far ones, and hand of reckoning when everything else is on cooldown. You need to grab as many as you can and start entering the ogre area. You must make it to the ogre bridge in order for the alts at the zoneline to get XP! In order to facilitate this, use a rotation of crusader strike/word of glory... keep yourself alive while keeping as many of the enemy alive as possible.
Fifth pull: Now that you've killed like 6 groups on the ogre bridge, head into the Ogre room with Highlord Omokk. You can kill these anywhere in the room, but I recommend a little alcove that's off to the right once you reach Omokk (to LoS ogre casters)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v612/Crema/4th.jpg
Sixth pull: Now you put some legwork in. Cross back over the ogre bridge, make two sharp lefts and head downstairs to the upper troll area. At the bottom of the ramp are 2-3 trolls. Kill them. This is your killing area for the next pull. You enter a big room with a dining table and several packs of trolls. Cross it and go UP the ramp. Pull the Shadow Hunter lady with something long-ranged. While she's coming after you, aggro everything in that dining table room and LoS them back around the corner to the ramp. Want the bad news? YOU GON' GET HEXXED. If that's a problem, you may need to make this pull a little smaller. As a paladin, I just spammed WoG and the holy shield from it kept me up above 80% health even when I was a frog getting frogstomped.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v612/Crema/6th.jpg
Seventh pull: Now that that's done, cross the dining room and head DOWN the ramp. Aggro everything that's convenient. then run through the series of three rooms to get to War Master Voone. I've found that killing in his room is about 50/50 in XP radius for the entrance people. So stack the deck a little and head into the far left corner when you enter. The totems are a pain in the rump in here, especially for tab targetting or slow AoE dps getting out-healed. I mean, it takes like FORTY seconds of your life to kill everyone. SO annoying.
Eighth pull: Once Voone's down (and your quest is 2/3 complete!) run across the big open troll area. You are going to take the downstairs passage across Orc land and pull all of them to an LOS position right by the lava. It's pretty much a straight shot till you get to that corner. Use it and destroy your enemies.
Ninth pull: This is a bouncy reboundy boomerang pull. Run all the way through the orc area (you're right underneath ogres when you start) till you see spiders. Don't pull the spiders; pull all the orcs. Pull them back to the lava area. Either LOS them on the double square wall (exactly under where you killed Shadow Hunter and the trolls) or for extra style points, kill them in the hidden tunnel.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v612/Crema/7th.jpg
Tenth pull: I herd u liek spiders. Run all the way through the smolderweb spider area. Pull them all. They're crazaAaAAay nutritious. Pull them up the ramp till you run into your first ogre. Is this pull near impossible? Yes but you're 80-85 by the time you're reading this, so stop acting like you haven't done worse. Mother Smolderweb constantly crystallizes you, sometimes 3 times in a second. I don't care, keep spamming crusader strike and WoG until you get to the first ogre. Once you reach the first ogre, you're back in XP/Loot radius, so kill them all. What's good about spiders is when you kill them they burst open and lots of little spiders pop out. These little ones are sometimes worth 268xp each, so it's like free double-XP by the time you add them all up.
Eleventh pull: Kill ogres. You can pull the scarabs and scorpions too, just kill them in the ogre area.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v612/Crema/10th.jpg
Twelfth pull: Run down the hall and throw something at Halycon. Then run UP the ramp back toward the area you just came from (even though you came from down the ramp) and run to the first big trench in the floor. Don't fall in. Kill everything.
Thirteenth pull: Once Halycon's dead, go back and find Whatever the Slavener in the hallway. Pull him into the big room with trenches. Don't fall in. Kill everything. For added skill points, you can pull him all the way across the wooden board bridge and wake up the veterans. Potential danger in here for reset if a Summoner summons you in front of them, and they're standing next to a trench. You won't die or anything but you'll get stupid evade bugged AFTER everything chases you downstairs. But I told you not to fall into a trench, so the only reason you should is because you like ignoring me.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v612/Crema/12th.jpg
Fourteenth pull: Cross the bridge, picking up the two enemies on the bridge. Pull everyone on the ground floor and head back to the bridge doorway. If you are touching the doorway wall, you are in XP/Loot radius. There is a little alcove inside the corner you can use to LoS, but sometimes this breaks because you're fighting people who are 30 yards tall and somehow you can't attack them but they can attack you.
LAST PULL: Zomg run up the ramp and pull Overlord Wyrmthlak back to that doorway. All the way. You can jump off the cliff or take the long way down, doesn't matter. Halfway through the fight he'll summon 2 adds (who also give XP ) and they are summoned right at the doorway. How convenient! The only thing to watch out for is his knock-up/knockback. I deal with this by standing kinda in the doorway in a tiny little inverted corner, so I have a roof over my head (not necessary at 80 but still saves hang-time) and a wall behind my back. But the main thing is to not let him knock you off that bridge, or you're gonna waste a lot of time coming back.

UBRS: Kill everything. I shouldn't have to tell you how to do that now. Don't fight in the Beast's room or the one right next to it. I can assure you that everything up to and including the rookery and stadium are in XP radius. But if you're right next to BWL or in The Beast's room, you might not be. So pull the beast down those tiny hallways to the stadium, it's awesome. Sometimes he knocks you up into the audience again.
Drakkisith's room is in XP radius too. Just don't fight on the bridge with your back to the gravity-induced altitude reduction, when there's a Blackhand Veteran around.

well, Shadowfang now requires lvl 11 to enter.
SM is still good until 40.
with RAF i did:
Scholo 2-3 times and turned in quests to get to 45. might have to run it another, but hit 45.
Go to ZF and do the quests
do strat until you hit 51. then turn in the quests the quests should get you to 55 or near it. Keep running strat until you hit 55.
At 55, do BRD and just go for the quests. then do to UBRS/LBRS and run each side once. all 3 quests get you from 59 to half a bubble until 60 with raf.
