Mage portal problems

Hi,


I do:

- start game
- invite toons in group (they stand all next to eachother)
- Mage makes a portal

-> only some can go through it, for some toons it is grey and they can't use it.

I had this now a couple of times. The toons which can not go through are randomly 1-3 of my toons.

Has anyone else experienced problems with Mage portals.

I've had this happen too recently, more than once.

I think what's new is if the mage takes the portal before some of your other guys, it will turn grey to them and they can't use it.

The last time this happened to me I brought my mage back to the area where the portal was (before it timed out) and they could use it when the mage was closeby.

Yeah, test this next to your mage's hearth inn.

I tested it some more.

The mage portal is only "valid" when the mage is in the same area. If the mage leaves the area the portal becomes unuseable.

test:
- while in heroics with lfg tool
- do portal
- make leaves through portal
-> all others can't use portal
- Mage goes back to instance with Teleport to instance (LFG tool)
--> portal becomes useable for the others again.


---> Resume: Mage needs to be last to go through portal or it becomes useless for others.
