Hi guys,

Just study to use ISBoxer to play my 4ele+1pal.
I use IWT to let pal auto run to mob to fight and I bind the key to mousewheeldown.
Now I met a problem, sometimes after the fight, the pal will keep running to one direction if I didn't force him to follow my master.
I check the target of pal, there is no target.

Then I use pal as my master, I found the same problem. Evening during the fight, if I stop to click fight key(mousewheeldown), the pal will keep running to one direction even the mob still alive....

It is quite strange!!!!

Most of my setting is get from the wizard. I modify a DPS key and make it for two step.
step 1: Action 1: assist FTL target
Action 2: Send the attack hotkey defined in the WOW. (I use the same hotkey for ele shaman and pal.)
step 2: Send IWT hotkey to the pal(by AGT).

Any help are welcome....

If you are spamming your Interact With Target you will want to setup Jamba Strobing.

IWT (plus Click to Move) is not an auto-follow or "stick to the mob" feature. All it's going to do in this scenario is run you in the direction of the mob, and IF you get close enough by running in the same direction as you started in to perform the interact, and you're facing toward the mob at the time, your character will stop moving. Otherwise, he will continue running in that direction until you stop him (via /follow, IWT again, etc).

Likewise, if you use IWT again to stop him from running off, your toon will continue in this new direction. And possibly miss again. And then you keep hitting IWT and your guy runs around in circles around your target. If your target is moving a lot, this is what you can expect to have to do.

I usually stick with auto-follow (except in PVP and certain boss fights). I just run past the mob and turn around, so it's between my tank and my DPS, facing my tank.

IWT/CTM is supposed to cause the toon to interact with whatever was targeted, and to move towards that interact target because of the CTM part.

If you push it once, and wait, generally your toon will move towards where the target was when you had pushed the IWT. I say generally, because you follow the standard pathing, which isn't always a straight line like you would expect.

If your target is stationary, then one push is ideal. If the target moves, then another push to adjust your position works. You can also manually control the tank/melee toon, breaking follow on the others and run the tank in. Or with several melee, have the others on follow and run the tank through the mob. You have a lot of options.

In PvP or against a moving target, we only have the option to spam... which gets us the circling behavior around the target, and also causes toons to run off as soon as the mob/target dies. The circling is highly desired in pvp, but can be annoying in pve. The running off is fixed by quickly sending down arrow (or forward arrow) to break auto run. You can then IWT with another target, to have the toon come back. Or if you're much closer, Follow is an option too.

I've got two basic IWT keys.

One has a hotkey (G1 on my G15 keyboard), and sends my IWT keybind to all windows.

Another is a Mapped Key, which I've added (as an extra step, with steps executed on press and release) to my FTL DPS 1-3 keys. This mapped key, only sends IWT to toons who are in an Action Target Group, which I've called MELEE. Because this is a mapped key, I can enable and disable it with a toggle; this allows me to spam IWT for melee toons only (casters/ranged don't get the spam) or disable the spamming as I desire according to whatever is best for the situation.
