Ok, brain is now fried completely.

Setup : ISBoxer & Jamba

Have a little 3 man team up and running. All using a 1 button kill macro. Not bothered with a prober 5 man setup just yet as I want to take baby steps.
Anyways less waffle, more getting to the point.

I just dont get the whole target mob thing. At the moment all I want is that when i target a mob with my master that my slaves somehow figure out how to target that mob as well. (before or after I start my 1 button nuke)
I would prefer it to happend auto without the need to press a key to set focus on the mob before starting the nuke.

Now I know I can put in a /assist bob line in my 1 button nuke macros, but thats not going to help a lot if I deside to switch master in the middle of a fight.

And whats all this about FLT assist?.

I have read so much over the last 2-3 hours that I quite frankly cant even remember what wow stands for.

So if any kind person out would be so nice to guide me in the right direction I would be very grateful.
For now I will rest my poor excuse for a brain

Cheers

If you have Keymaps enabled, and Repeater off.
By default anything on 1 through = will FTL assist.

IS Boxer uses three FTL commands, and references them anytime it needs an FTL assist.
- FTL Assist Me.
- FTL Target Me.
- FTL Follow Me.

Basically, it sends a key to warcraft, and adds the modifiers you chose when setting the team.
If the game receives Alt + F11, it knows the command originated from Slot 1 (or whichever toon is set that way).

If you ran the wizard and let it create mapped keys for you.
For assist to work, all you have to do is drag spells onto the action bar in warcraft.
And play with Keymaps on and Repeater off (and the IS Boxer addon enabled).
Put say Fireball on "1" with a mage, and Shadowbolt also on "1" with a warlock.
Playing either toon, target something and push "1", and they'll both cast at the target of the active/main character.

*Edit*
To clarify, you don't need /Assist anywhere.
IS Boxer does that for you.

You can put manual assisting or focus targeting in, if you want more control over what is targeted.
But the basic assist is automatic and behind the scene with nothing else needed.

Oh for the love of &** D'oh!

As I said brain was just not working anymore. As soon as I read your post I realised that I had changed the standard steps for my my main nuke button. Guess what I forgot to put in? Yeps, ftl assist ->self

You are a star. Thanks for you help.
