Bartender / ISBoxer and Shift

Ok, something has changed with either Bartender or ISBoxer and the use of the shift key.

Before the change, when I held down the shift key and hit 2, both toons action bars changed to action bar 2. Now neither does.

There is an option in bartender that states under the State configuration "Default bar state" and Modifier Based Switching". Not too sure I get this.

Basically, what do I need to do to get it so it is back to the old way?

Wow has a default change bar keybind, in the keybindings option in the esc/game menu. You might also find bind options for bartender bars, if not then it's probably in the bartender config itself. Not sure about this.

If you made a mapped key, in IS Boxer, which uses Shift 2 as the hotkey..
That could interfere with the old stuff.
Aside from that, cannot think of a reason IS Boxer would be the culprit.
