Totally confused user

OK, i admit it....I am completely embarassed to ask these questions.....but Im so confused/aggrevated i dont give a shit anymore. I tried learning this software 2 months ago and gave up on it and now I figured I better try and get my shit straight....so here I am again. But i am running into the same issues.
If the rest makes any sense to you pls help me out here. I am a long time keyclone user trying to make the switch.

I watched the "Isboxer 33sec Quick Start" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xoZG6b9HjnM) video for about the 40th time, and even though I do exaclty what the guy does in the vid, I cant seem to get anything to work.

Is this video currently accurate? I created 5 DKs and used the wizard to set them up. FTL dosent seem to work. Your little "hotkeys"(at 1:13 in the vid) that I guess I am allready supposed to know about being a new user:confused:.....doesnt seem to help. My toon movement keys and mouse movements are repeated on every screen......?

I bought the license after watching this video a couple of months back, assuming it was that easy to set up....from the start.

Also, reset ALL your keymaps for your characters.

Yes, the video is accurate.

If your movements are repeated on every screen it's because you have Repeater turned on and the whole purpose of repeater is to do exactly the same thing in every window (you generally want this off). The video turns repeater on to enter password and enter world at character select, but then turns back off for gameplay. If 1 through = dont automatically auto-assist and broadcast, then it's likely that either Key Maps are off (e.g. from entering your password, this gets turned back on in the video when repeater is turned off), or the ISBoxer Addon is not enabled (at Character Select, this is not something you download it's created when you Export). If your guys follow the wrong character, then they're probably mis-matched to the game windows; this is fixed most easily by closing out the game, doing a File, Export (click Yes when it wants to fix your account names in config.wtf files), then re-launching the Character Set.

p.s. this is all in the WoW Quick Start Guide that Fenril linked. There's a list of hotkeys, a walkthrough of the login process (explaining what happens in the video, basically), an explanation of key maps vs repeater, the Beginning Gameplay section helps you make sure the ISBoxer Addon is loaded and working, "Interaction with NPCs" helps you set up Interact with Target when you discover you want that, there's a section following that to help you set up lots of broadcasting hotkeys with optional auto-assist, and so on.

The Quick Start Guide is the single most important thing for you to read in the first 30 minutes of use, which is why it's linked everywhere including several areas within ISBoxer (like when you first launch it there's a big header "New to ISBoxer?").
