What are you doing, to prepare for Cataclysm?

So far, I've been unloading anything that is level 80, such as leg enchants or flasks/potions. Trying to sell the odd epic 80th item I still have in the bank for upcoming teams (chances are, level 81-83 greens will be better from quests). I'm still doing the daily alchemy transmutes, but am not holding much of a stock surplus.

Also stocking a ton of Goldclover, Tiger Lily, and Adder's Tongue, in preparation for leveling the army of twenty-nine alchemists.

I'm guessing that like in both Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King, trade skill leveling items will spike in value. I'm buying as much Saronite Ore, Goldclover/Tiger Lily/Adder's Tongue, Borean Leather and Frostweave that I can find at a decent price. Also going for 20-30 stacks each, of lower level tradeskill items such as Light/Medium/Heavy/Knothide leather, etc.

Made another team, got them to 2nd level (where they'll stay), purely for 15 additional guild bank tabs, to hold the speculation materials.

I'm just finishing my old word reps and slowly levelling a hunter and rogue, just to keep me motivated.
Done Cenarion rep and just about to finish ZG rep. Got a bank full of old world enchat/ore and jewels from levelling a couple miners, and a crapton of olf world cloth.

hopefully the new goblins/worgen will want to do professions and will buy some of my stuff :-)

I've been working on my exalted reps {@ ~36/40} and farming mounts. I've also been slowly driving up the prices of and stockpiling certain leveling mats anticipating the droves of gobins and worgen and the inevitable "my profession sucks now, time to get something else" that comes with an expansion.

I'm capping honor and justice points on my main team... And farming up the last few mats for my DK's Sulfuras! I didn't realize that I would be out around 20k gold if I just bought all the mats off the AH haha.

Got myself a new raf account and boosting some toons to 60 on my main account. The idea is to bring 1 more team 2 druids + 3 locks to 80 before cata hits.

Keep doing my transmutes, enchanting scrolls, bs/tailoring/lw basic stuff (leg enchants, drums, etc), and obviously my glyphs. Will continue doing that as long as they sell.

The only stock I want to get rid off is my raw gems I stockpile herbs, ore, de mats, cloth that I loot in alt guildbanks. The reason for this is simple: they are currently underpriced on the AH and I believe that they'll go up again when cata launches. Players will want to level professions and going to need old content mats.

I also make sure that I keep enchanting scrolls in stock. For myself when I acquire new gear as I level, but i also think that they will sell as the new enchants won't be available/too expensive right after launch. And players are going to enchant their lvl 83 gear from dungeons to level faster.

Besides that I have a bank tab full with 'buffs' for when I level (potions, drums, priest scrolls, food, flasks).

I did the same thing I call it my "lolexpansion sale" sold pretty much everything that I won't need between now and the expnasion including selling / disenchanting all my stockpiles of wotlk gear on all toons

My prep is to stock up anything I can thing of.

Also, I decided to make my 5 Worgens all Warlocks. I'm hoping thats a good choice. I have already made all the other classes and I am looking forward to warlocks.

Leveling my mage team's alchemy, although like Ualaa I'm letting my blue gem stockpile gradually run down unless there's a really good price on something. Just started Argent Tourney this morning on the mages, so I'm gonna try to get them and my priest/locks team Crusader before Cata. Not as concerned about honor, but I do the occasional WG or AV when I feel like melting noobs :P

Oh yea, and level engineering on the other four mages. My main mage since vanilla has never not been an engineer.

The only thing I am focused on is gearing up my Worgen Druid team. I hit Crusader two days ago, so they will have all of their hierlooms, bags and cash now :D

Trying to finish up my last 5K gold needed to get the last chopper for my 4 Shaman team, which will of course only ever be used in cities and BGs since flying will be available everywhere.

Need to get my 4 Pally + DK team from 76 to 80 (or maybe 79 to bank some Rest EXP for Cata)

Thinking about reviving my 4 Priest team for Cata (only at 25 at the moment) since Mind Spike looks like some no DoT burst for Shadow will be plausible. Might grab my level 58 warrior to power level them up and run with them.

Not really related to Cata, but I'm working on Mountain O' Mounts for my main team.

Nothing. More specifically, I'm kind of taking a small break because I was almost burning out at one point and a break is coming handy now that we're right in the gap between WOLT and CATA. Well let's say I'm comfortably sitting down in my armchair, some popcorn at my fingertips, ready to watch upcoming pre-cataclysm events :P

I've been neglecting my three sub 75th teams.
So rotating between DK's, Hunters and Priests.
Playing each in sequence, until they run out of rested.

Still looking for deals on the AH, for commodities in particular.

After playing beta a bunch, and finishing off my hunter and pally teams. I am only logging into live to run through the pre-shatteing events. Kinda resting a bit before the mad rush of Dec 7th.

If I had a big chunk of time... I would go nutz on the spriest team, but I have no spare time.

All my key teams are ready for the gear reset! I even blew another 20k for yet another batch of toons to get the 280% flying speed.
