I downloaded this program last night and used it, had some trouble and found the contact number for the programmer on this webpage so i called him. He was honestly the most helpful person i have ever talked to about a product and spent a good amount of time on the phone with me teaching me all sorts of stuff. If you are looking at this program thinking hard about getting it or not, GET IT. not only was the help AMAZING but the program is SOLID and does WAAAAY more then i could have hoped for it to do. thanks again Rob

The only problem I've seen with this program is the price. He could charge double what he does and it would still be one of the best bargains ever ;)

I normally do nothing but hardware boxing, nothing fancy one account per machine. One of my HDs went out and the power supply had been crapping out for awhile so I was down a machine and planning on replacing it totally. I figured for 10 bucks I'd try this out(basically so I could play that night), It's been two weeks and I haven't bothered going and getting another machine yet!

If you are getting into boxing with a limited budget check this out for sure.

I'm considering purchasing this program, but does anyone know if it does in fact work with Lotro? I saw another thread where the developer said it SHOULD, but he was looking for testers.

I ask, because I have been attempting to multibox on one pc with autohotkey. Unfortunately, lotro seems to ignore all inputs to an inactive window. Specifically, the code:

ControlSend ahk_parent, 1, ahk_id %lotro%

will activate the first ability if the window is open, but NOT if the window is minimized.

This forces me to cycle through and activate every window for every keypress, which of course takes about 10 seconds with 5 characters.

If keyclone doesn't have this limitation, they have my $10

there are a few games that require active focus in order to process keyboard input... by default, the current release of keyclone does not support this (wait for the next release). currently, using Innerspace by lavishsoft to lock the lotro windows in the foreground is the solution

of course, if you have multiple machines, you can tied them all together with keyclone and run 1 copy of lotro on each (requires a keyclone per machine). that works currently.

thanks for the heads up, I'll keep an eye on keyclone and look for that feature.

I've considered the multiple computer approach, but I'd have to redo my whole setup to make it feasible. Right now my 4 machines are each at a different desk, as I often have friends over to lan a bit. My one machine can run 4 instances of lotro smoothly, so if I can get it to work, that'd be much better.

Know when we may expect the next release of Keyclone with this feature? Just purchased my 2 copies and would really like to have 2 instances on 1 PC if possible without adding software other then Keyclone to enable it to function in this manner.

long time lurker, short time 5-boxer, first time poster here.

I <3 Keyclone. Straight up. I bought two copies on a whim and am very glad I did. Haven't needed to call anyone for help yet since the program is very functional and intuitive. Thank you for all your hard work Rob.

I haven't really tested anything else but "alt-tab" before, yet I find Keyclone definitely worth using - and worth the money. I does what I expected it to do, and the support is great. I don't have to get into writing scripts/code for anything. If you can afford multiboxing account-wise, then buying keyclone will not wreck your budget (and probably will be your best investment).
- Just my humble opinion.
