Is there something better then fraps. Or how to i combine videos into one. I did a sample of HH just for my guild to see but even for a minute of fighting it came in two parts. Then uploading to Youtube takes forever.
Any hints and tricks is awesome thank you.

FRAPS is pound-for-pound the best. You need something to edit them with. You can get a version of Sony's Vegas for around $50. It's very nice and has tons of neat toys to play with. It will also render your video to any size you want. Raw FRAPS footage is going to be massive (which is what you want). It's uncompressed and high quality footage.
Hmm, this one is $75 and I'm not sure why. I paid $50 for mine! http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832135285&cm_re=vegas-_-32-135-285-_-Product

Some things are cheaper from the actual source. :)

That's right, that's where I got mine. Thanks Fenril.

When I go here I don't see anything for $50 US. Perhaps its priced different as it detects I'm in AU?
Could you tell me which package you are referring to on the page? Vegas Pro 10 is $599 US!

And if you want something simple and free, you probably got Windows Movie Maker with your windows installation.
Nowhere near as good as vegas or such, but it beats the heck out of trying to use raw fraps files.
