I think Blizzard changed the way he works awhile ago in that he will always cast at least one insanity, I could be completely wrong
though. On a more serious note, do you get made fun of for your character names. :)
Grats!
From what I undertand he will cast instanity at 33% and 66% (or 30% and 70% possibly)
However, if you manage to get him to 30% before he finishes casting his first insanity, he will skip the first one and start casting the second. and therefore you get another 5 seconds to finish him off.
I think that was the case before, not sure if it has changed recently.
I personaly never managed to get him down that quick, he would always finish his first cast around 40%hp and i'd eat the insanity.
Insanity during which my 3 dps would most probably die, and i'd be finishing him off with the tank and healer only :-)
had to get a friend to help for the Glory of the Hero achieve

Heh, I did this with my 4 disc priests (and my druid tank). It was interesting and long since during instanity all the NPCs would heal like crazy, but in the ghosts didn't have much DPS and I had plenty of mana to survive - one shotted it (a long battle though).
