He is not active here anymore, you must call him or hope that one day he gets to your e-mail.

If you just needing a new number for a system ID, you can transfer the license via the application. However you do need the latest version to do that.

Download the latest version. Click transfer when it gives you the option to get a license or transfer. Enter in the paypal email address you used when you paid. Click the link in your email and your all set. I just did this 10 minutes ago :)
