Hello,
I just tried to login this morning and I keep getting the message that my login info is wrong.
This happens both in the game and battle.net login and also Beta.
I've been successful to change the password (through bnet recovery system), I get the mail confirming this new password, I try to log to any of the above mentioned and the same thing happens.
I have no mail from Blizzard notifying me of a Ban (checked on spam mails too) and I don't also have any reason for being so as I've been using the same setup for years now and never got away from the right path.
I also have an authenticator (iPhone) linked to the bnet account.
The message I have is:
"The information you have entered is not valid. Please check the spelling of the account name and password. If you need help.... and so on you know the drill :)"".
Anyone experienced anything similar, have any opinion on what's happening?
Thanking you in advance,
A.
EDIT:
Hmm could it be:

I believe I saw a post on the official wow forum where a few users wrote about a bug that prevented them for logging in for over a week. When I remember how I cam across that post, I'll link it here.

change your password on a different computer, and log into Bnet on a different computer and see if it all works.
From the looks of things, youre hacked, Blizz would tell u on Bnet if u were banned
I have this strange bug which I am not sure what is that triggers the bug, except it only occurs when I play WOW. But once the bug happens a few of the keys on my keyboard stop working. The critical one for me is the "c" key. Which happens to be a key in my password but not in my log in.
Result it looks like I can't login because one of the characters is missing from my password. I have to reboot to correct the issue.
Open up notepad and type your password and make sure all the characters are what you expect.

Is this a keymap issue with ISBoxer perhaps? Can you boot wow without ISBoxer successfully?

Thank you for your replies. It was a big mess and what panicked me the most was an email from Blizz saying that my account had been hacked but that most if not all the things hacked were recovered by their services.
It could end there, but it didn't.
I was able to, later, get in touch with a GM friend, he said that the authenticator server were down/mulfunctioning the whole morning and that while checking my account noone had logged in besides me the night before.
I was happy about it but at the same time worried on how bad can Blizz's service be by sending that mail...

"Following our investigation, we have located and reimbursed your missing items and where possible, your gold as well. This has been sent to the characters affected by the compromise via in-game mail.
If you are still unable to login to your account please contact our Account Security department through the webform located here:
http://eu.blizzard.com/support/webform.xml?locale=en_GB
If you have previously received e-mails from our Account Security department requesting verification in order for us to reactivate your account, you should respond directly to those e-mails with the requested information.
Please note that the reimbursement may not include everything that was lost. While we strive to reimburse as much as we can, only the items and gold that we were able to identify through our investigation will be returned.
Should you notice anything missing or find that further characters have been affected please do not hesitate to contact a Game Master by submitting a ticket, detailing the character’s name(s) realm(s) and missing items.
We have reason to believe that your account may have been compromised using a Key Logger or Trojan virus and we suggest that you follow this checklist on how to secure your account:"

Don't reply to any email sent to you that asks for your details, or to verify your details.
Blizzard will not do this as they have them already on the account management database :p
this is a typical phising email and should be deleted.
if this was a proper comminuque from Blizzard it would start with the account name that you are having the problem with.

I get 50 of these emails a day. Don't fall for it... They are always thinking up new ways of presenting an email to make you panic and do something stupid.
Dude opens email- knows nothing about phishing, and in his panic goes to the scam site and gets keylogged. That's how they trick many many people. Playing on your emotions.

format your pc and install a good anti virus like kaspersky internet security 2011 just to be sure.
and be more vigilant when receiving any e-mails about your accounts, whole world is out to scam you, rob you and leave you out of pocket for greed.

Thank you for all your replies, support and advice.
The funny/bad thing about it is that it was a legitimate mail ^^.
They were just wrong and that's the scary bit :).
Cheers all,
A.
