Lagged out when running team after 4.01

Hi all,

After 4.01 i can't get any teams to work correctly. It takes 5 mins to move out of the Inn and 5 mins to get them back inside to log out. Lag is less agressive inside Inn, which makes me think it's a local issue and not a connectivity problem.
Im runing ISboxer and have disabled all addons save a few of the jamba ones.
Isboxer is updated and exported to innerspace. Running one instance is no issue, and everything was running smoothly prior to 4.01.

Any help or suggestions are much appreaciated.

Video settings were reset with the patch. Have you turned your slaves' settings down since then?

Video killed my teams too. Seems that some of the new effects in combination with switching those pesky shadows back on (which are known hogs) are too much for a lot of systems.
