Boylston

I did a little WSG last night with the triple shammy team in the 50-59 bracket. Had some fun, learned a lot. Would love some critique/help if you have suggestions!
First, the caveats:
* The Boyls aren't at the top end of this bracket as L56s, although they do have the top rank CL/Lightning Bolt for this level range.
* Their gear is awful. 2/3 of them are still wearing a lot of the scarlet mail and weapon/shield from the 8 gazillion SM runs I did with them. Their gear is especially awful compared to any L59 twink who might be in the BGs.
* Since my fourth shammy is L70, could only 3-box in the BG
* I am awfully new at BGing with them.
The good things:
* I have my macros set up reasonably well. Everything is based off focus, which was helpful because I could still fight OK before the raid leader finally put us all in the same group.
* My totem sequence is staggered out with Tremors/Groundings at different times (There's no character 1 listed here because that's my main's totem loadout for PvP):
Button U: 2-Grounding, 3-Tremor, 4-Poison
Button I: 2-Tremor, 3-Grounding, 4-Searing
Button O: 2-Searing, 3-Healing, 4-Tremor
Button P: 2-Healing, 3-Healing, 4-Grounding
* The folks I BGed with were both supportive of multi-boxing and there were 100% "Cool, nifty!" comments and 0% "OMG Haxx0r, or We Lose Cause of j00" comments in chat.
* Went 2 wins, 1 loss for the 3 fights, with the loss probably not being due to my incompetence
Roughly speaking, my performance was a mixed bag. I did not do very well at all on defense in the flag room, which I think was due to the fact that larger numbers of alliance came at me (and the other defense) at once, and I fell victim to fear bombs more than once. Even if tremors popped me out quickly, I had too many targets engaging me at once in order to be very successful. Defense down in the tunnel was much easier/better, yet the alliance could have easily taken a different route and circumvented my pew-pew to get to the flag (and they did on one occasion). Offensively, I didn't attempt a flag grab, but I did find some success at the near mid-field location killing off people trying to stop our flag runner. I was also damn good support with 3x Chain Heal on clumps of my team that was engaged with the alliance.
Interestingly enough, my biggest worry was that I would get destroyed by L59 warrior/rogue twinks, but I found the "oh crap" combo of Fire Nova totems + Earth Shock very very effective in dealing with melee folks who engaged me. Enough so that I noticed that a few of them were deliberately avoiding my little guys and picking other targets. What I didn't expect was that getting stunned would be so devastating for my team... more than a couple times I had an alt stunned and I was feverishly mashing my /follow button trying to get him to come on back. This really disrupted my thought process and I found myself wondering whether it would have been better to just have let him alone and concentrated on playing the other guys well.
On the whole, I am excited after my experiences, and can't wait until I can add the fourth shammy in the BGs.
