I am trying to make a macro that would target the lowest HP group member in one press. Is this possible? If it isn't thru a simple WoW Macro, could ISBoxer do it in anyway?

No. Macros can not make decisions for you. If it were possible via an outside program, it would be bannable.

Actually, this is only correct for the "in combat" state. Out of combat, you can do variables and check for all sorts of things in a macro.
