We can find him...determine what grave he is going to have to rez in..one guards the grave while the other does squats on his corpse. hehe

I've been camping Arcturis for a few weeks now. I've got him on a couple toons, but want to get him on the others.

Hunters of the opposite faction get pissed when you camp the spot and you can easily kill them. They especially get pissed if they've been camping there for a while. I never attack first though, unless they get within my bubble (which is about 30 yards or so).

Here the other day I decided to login to my hunters to see if Arcturis was up. He wasn't but there was a lvl 80 hunter just standing on the ground in his spawn spot. I figured that was kinda arrogant to stand there like that. I had to join him!!!

I logged into my main group minus one. I logged off of one toon so I could logon to the hunter that I wanted to tame Arcturis next. So there I come rolling up with my war, 7 locks, a priest and a lvl 74 hunter. I roll up and stand right next to him. Now the arrogance is so thick you can cut it with a knife. The opposing hunter immediately attacked me. I'm sure he first thought, "WTF!!!" Then proceeded to attack me. I just stood there for a while and healed through his damage with my priest. Up until he cast multi-shot. He accidentally died about 1 second after I seen multi-shot flying through the air.

So I wait about a minute and watch the hunter rez. He stands there for a bit targeting all the different toons in my RAID. He decides to attack me again. He dies a fairly quick death. Just for fun, I like to kill hunter pets before I kill the hunter. Just one of those things I like to do to piss 'em off I guess.

Then he got smart. However, I was one step ahead of him. I knew that eventually (if he was smart) he would just attack my lvl 74 hunter instead of one of the other 9 lvl 80s in my group. Sure enough, next time he rezed my hunter was taking a beating. I'm sure it really pissed him off to find out that I can kill him before he can kill another toon that is 6 levels below him (and in shitty gear I might add). He rezed over and over and started to attack my hunter every time. I think out of the 15 times or so I killed him, he killed my hunter maybe twice because he got a nasty crit. What made it even more funny was I soul-stoned my hunter just in case. I always had my priest to rez if I needed it.

Keep in mind that I never attacked him first. Ever. As a matter of fact, I would let him stand next to me as long as he didn't do one of the following:

1. Target my hunter (I instantly killed him every single time he targeted my hunter)
2. Emote something stupid (he learned pretty quick on this one)
3. Go AFK. Every now and then I would death coil him just to make sure he wasn't AFK. Most of the time he would immediately bandage and lifebloom after I death coiled him. If he didn't do either of those or at least move, he died.

Eventually, he reserved to the fact that he couldn't kill me and we stood next to each other for about 2 hours.

My strategy was simple. If Arcturis spawned while he was there. I didn't have to beat him to the tame. I didn't even have to tag Arcturis first. All I had to do was kill the hunter before he tamed / killed Arcturis. Then let Arcturis reset and tame him with my hunter. That was going to be simple - Drain life. Problem solved.

Thankfully, Arcturis never spawned cause one of us was for sure gonna be pissed.

Ok!!! I just love story time!

So I was camping Arcturis when along came a lvl 80 alli hunter. Such a smart hunter he was. So smart in fact he used his intelligence to land on the tip top of a tree that just happened to be within range of my hunters flying way way up high. Knowing what this hunter was up to, I quickly moved away before he could kill any of my toons. AFK I went again so he thought. He wouldn't give up and he tried so very hard to kill me. He frantically moved from tree to tree trying to find one that was within range. Tried so hard he did.

Then he proceeded to pissed me the fuck off.

I hate hunter marks. I hate them even more when I'm actually playing my hunters.

I had my shamans parked nearby in the air. As a matter of fact they were just about where my hunters were when he first started to attack me. Please see picture for reference.

Login to the shamans I must. Logout I did.

As I login to the shamans, the hunter is sitting on his favorite tree top. I just happen to be facing him with all 5 of my shamans.

Unfortunately, the tree top was too high to corpse rez. He had to walk all the way back to the spirit healer and take the rez sickness. Boo hoo.

I killed him about 10 more times because he had rez sickness. All I had to do was put my flame shocks on him.

Betcha I never find that smart hunter on that tree top again.

I think I actually went and killed him after you logged out. I was on my way there. :)
