Where do we go now?

So here's my situation:

I like leveling, I like getting professions up to speed, and I like gearing up. Unfortunately, I know that in 2 months, when Cata launches, leveling will be a whole new ballgame (more fun), professions will be easier to level, and I'll be replacing all my gear in the first 2-3 levels, I'll be replacing my sexy sexy purples with quest greens, so I'm not into killing myself to gear up much more. PvP isn't really fun for me, I'm not interested in 10-boxing, and I don't really want to raid in PUGs.

My account is prepaid until January, so I'm just wondering if anyone has some ideas for things I can try to do until Cata launches - I was thinking of trying for Loremaster on at least one of my characters, but was wondering what other boxers might come up with for some ideas.

So if you were me, what would you do?

I just decided to do Loremaster (focusing on Eastern Kingdoms and Kalmidor first) on my freshly minted horde toons after getting it on my alliance main last year. I'm also run ZG on my main as soon as the raid lockout allows, I've been doing the holidays on multiple toons (got Brewmaster on 4 toons this year, and the Halloween holiday is right around the corner) and rolled 2 bullmen on a PVP server for shits and giggles. When I'm really bored of WoW, I play EVE for a couple of hours :p.

I'm gonna do some of the raids I haven't completed yet and get a better handle on controlling 10 at once.

Some things I intend to do before cata, some I've done, some partially ...

- getting the explorer achievement, took longer than I expected and was fun to see those zone's I never saw - done
- glory of the hero, all the hc dungeon achievements are pretty fun (some quite challenging) and keep you busy for a while, and the mount is tmo pretty awesome - done
- complete all classic & outland dungeons (classic dungeonmaster achievement)
- doing the argent tournament quests for all horde cities
- kingslayer title on all 5
- loremaster, but that might be not very realistic
- get 100k honorable kills (doubt thats gonna happen, will be stuck at 85-90k)

I don't really mind if they are not finished by cata launch, most of those I can still do afterwards. It's just something that keeps me busy.

I just finished loremaster, took about 2.5-3 weeks.

I chose to do things that are going away for the feats of strength. Some ideas include ZG rep farming AQ quest chain. Glory of hero meta achievements etc.

I did Classic Raids, purely for the acheivements. (Actually finished on the weekend, did BWL and AQ40, cheated and did a pug raid on both). I did the Cen. Circle rep incase that changes with Cata... not sure I'll do the Brood Rep though. Was farming for the Polymorph Turtle scroll, but apparently that's not going away with ZG. I'll still got some of the alliance lowbie ones to do (should be fun running into Stormwind for Stockades!

Do the acheivements that will no longer be obtainable in Cata, become Feats of Strength?

Also leveling up another group for options when Cata comes out (main group is pally/3xShaman/hunter, next group is 2xDruid/DK/Priest/Warlock)

Getting trades up on a few of the toons

I might be wrong but with the new prices of heirlooms, I've gone back to the Crusader dailies, as the price hasn't changed with regards to the Champion's Seals currency.

I'm not sure about other peeps, but I still run PoS and HoR on my main team on a semi-regular basis, just to avoid getting rusty.

I'm leveling up 4 more mages, to join my 80 mage I've had since vanilla. Those are going to be engineers/transmuters, for a total of 13 alchemists (and 11 engineers, love 5x rocket gloves :) ). They're at 70 and not rested, but they have 3 heirlooms each. Taking my time (and seeing some quests my 80 mage didn't do). Got most of my shaman decked out in wrathful with the buttload of honor I had before patch. And transmutes/dailies when I feel like it so I have some kind of gold padding when Cata comes out.

Classic raids and faction mounts that take time (like Sha'tari Skyguard, Netherwing) is usually what I end up doing.
