So this is just a guide that i will be improving & updating daily for me and any other soul out there in need of this information anyway ill start off with my basic macros. Macros play a big role in tanking & makes the tanking life easier so you can tank well and hold aggro well if you like you can even mess around with these macros. Below are simple & easy to start tanking macros but you can modify it to what you like this is what i would use also macros dont make the tank its the skill so im pretty sure that is understood along with gear score and stuff like that okay.
Single Target Tanking Macro

/castsequence reset=target/dead icy Touch,Blood Strike,Blood Strike,Death Strike,Frost Strike,Death Coil
This macro i never had a problem with since single target tanking is so easy any tips on this macro are welcome thanks.
AOE Tanking Macro
/castsequence Howling Blast,Blood Boil,Pestilence,Obliterate
/cast Rune Strike
/cast Blood Tap
This macro would simply apply most AOE threat first by casting Howling Blast also make sure you have glyph of howling blast after this has been apply to nearest targets you should have all the mobs attacking you now to keep that steady threat on all mobs the next spell which would be cast is Blood Boil which is very useful for picking up stray mobs while your other AoE abilities are on cooldown blood boil can used to activate Blade Barrier when you cant be in melee range for some reason, such as when kiting or just before attacking a boss Pestilence simply spreads existing Blood Plague and Frost Fever infections from your target to all other enemies which is needed for the next spell we will be casting. Obliterate deals 160% weapon damage plus (584 * 160 / 100). Total damage is increased by 12.5% for each of your diseases on the target.
