Alchemy transmutes still giving me cooldowns

When the servers came up yesterday I transmuted some gems. There was a cooldown after doing so of like 2 hrs 15 min for the first guy, 2 hrs 14 min for the 2nd guy, etc. I figured it had to do with me using the transmutes 24 hrs earlier and that they would go away for good after the remaining 2 hrs thing ran out. Well I'm still getting cooldowns for these transmutes, 20 hours now. Anyone else having this issue?

Also I noticed you can still buy uncut gems from the vendors using honor or JP's. Thought that was going away too.

I got a 6 hour cooldown for doing eternal transmutes. Can't check more, since only 1 Alch. Haven't been to gem vendors, since I was scared and bought a few extra gems before patch. I only heard that honor gems are gone in Cata. Never heard about it in patch.

An epic gem transmute gave me a 12 hour cooldown.
Well 11 hours and 59 minutes.

My alchemy gave me a flat out 24hour cooldown... which is longer than the previuos cooldown too. Not only alchemy but inscription with its research has issues. I first got 3hours 5min for both Northend and minor glyphs. Then I got a flat out 16 hour cooldown.

Epic gem cooldown now resets at midnight server time, that's why you are getting different cooldown times.
