a RaF question - summoning friends

i got 2 accounts RaF connected and i´ve summoned both my toons back and forth a few times the last month, but yesterday toon A (lvl 61) could summon toon B (lvl 60), but toon B could NOT summon toon A, any ideas as to why?

i created a new toon on the B account and i was still unable to summon toon A.

it´s not a cooldown thingy, the summon text was simply outgrayed =/

RAF stops working at level 60. That includes summons of the higher character.

i knew the exp bonus stopped at 60, didnt know the summons did, i always thought that the summons would work the full 2 months.
