Put more detail into your post. "NT" is not descriptive. And if you're such a unique and beautiful snowflake, I'd suggest PM'ing keyclone or e-mailing him in order to get your situation resolved. As per the FAQ.

This is the dual-boxing forums. Not the "help me, I'm going to assume you're all psychic and know how to assist me because I forgot to record my system information but I'm not going to give you any details about teh keyclone software problem I'm having" forum.

And the second link was a forum search for "keyclone reinstall". Link works fine for me.

Thanks for your help Keyclone! All set up and going at it again!

For future reference, here is the info I gave keyclone...

1)New system id.
2)Paypal username that I used.
3)Date and time of purchase as per paypal.

Keyclone was very fast in getting me my new license once he received all the info!

Upon further investigation, I discovered that my old system id was in my paypal purchase records under item title
Item Title: keyclone.dualboxing ###-####-####-####

where the #'s = your old system id.

btw... i don't need your paypal name or date & time... just the email address you used when getting it and your new system-id. i can try to infer your old system-id from there. if you have more then 1 keyclone, then i'd need to know all activate keyclone ids (for the process of elimination)
