You should have gone with two 460's and done SLI/Multimonitor.

No really, the 460 is the sweet spot for (nvidia)price/performance/less heat/power sucking.

evga radeon gtx 470 graphics card

Think u mean evga GEFORCE lol. EVGA is a great company. I went with 2 460s, but now that u have the 470, you can add another later and SLI them then and get more performance than the 2 460s. But for just wow, even a lower end card will do fine, I ran a 8800GTS 320MB card for a while, and saw little improvement going to a GTX 260, or the 460.

Nice case too, I have the 900 and its pretty cramped with all the stuff I have in there... Have fun :)

err yea i was looking at my other graphics card while typing =-( Also i dunno why people say 470 runs hot. my 4870 ran at like 70 with fan on 50% i have fan on 50% with this card and im at 58 so it runs alot cooler than all other posts ive been seeing. tho my case is blowing so much cool air around in there feels like AC out of the top fan!

Very nice build. What made you choose 470s over 460?

I don't know anything about 460's, but I have one. Can I SLI them and does it help alot?

I try recording on FRAPS on High Quality but I only get 20FPS when I have 5 clients open. When I have only one client open I can record at 60 FPS in HD...

I know the 470 was a bit expensive but the thing is i tried to find some parts from best buy so i can actualy use my card for it (=less money spent up front) the only 460 they had at the best buy near me was ?galaxy? and i saw evga 470 so figured i would grab the better brand. with 5 clients open main on ultra and other 4 with max view distance and max spell particles i can still fraps without any hicups in my system so im happy!

Well i have encountered a problem with the 470 and it may be going back. It doesnt happen all the time but the graphics will freeze and i cannot do anything but reboot the system. Seems to be a well known diver issue from all the posts that ive read. Sometimes it freezes just surfing the net and has frozen about 6 times now while playing wow. I assume the 460 is a good card that people have been using what about the 5870 or 5850 how are those cards so i know what to pick up?

I only use Nvidia but I think the 460 is your price sweet spot. Thats would be my choice if I was getting amd.
