New dual boxer needs some tips.

Ok so I just started playing 2 druids they are only level 17 right now but im already seeing some problems. Mainly I need help with targeting on the second toon. Targeting on the second druid only works about half the time for me. I have tried "/assist (main name) /Cast (spell)" I have tried focusing the main "/assist focus /Cast (spell)" and they only work half the time. I will have to spam the key for my second druid to actually target and do what I want him to. I tried "/cast [target=focustarget] (spell)" and it is the same it only works half the time. How can I get my second char to target correctly?

And I keep seeing what looks like a healbot on the main chars screen that is for a slave and makes a slave heal not the main whos screen it is on, I was wondering where to get that or how to set up whatever it is to do that for me?

A list of usefull multiboxing addons would be cool too if anyone could do that for me.

I used the /cast [@focustarget] (spell) method for nearly 2 years before switching to isboxer. worked fine for me (using octopus as a broadcast tool).
perhaps a performance issue of your computer? or something with the broadcasting tool? don't really know a solution to this one.

as to what looked like healbot may as well have been healbot, but with the benefits of isboxer's repeater regions. that's exactly what i use. you can define a region in which your clicks click on another window instead of the current one. this was also the reason, why i switched to isboxer... go figure... you get that one on isboxer.com for a subscription based fee.

multiboxing addons... there isn't that many. most addons used by boxers are used by everyone else, too.
only exception from the top of my head is Jamba, which is a godsend, best addon ever and so on... created by jafula who is also on this forums here. well... and the isboxer addon which comes with the software.

Remember that you have a latency betwen then two accounts, so you need take the in to account when buttonmashing for targeting to work the way you want.. you get the hang of it pritty fast

for healing you can use some different stuff, i use ISboxer with grid and Clique, works very good, that requires ISboxer tho, cant say any other styles as ive only use this one, i can imagine using F keys with simple /cast [target=name] could work good for 2 chars, as you dont have to use as many keys and its simple

Addons.. nr1 is ofc Jamba, as Buetzel said, godsent, very usefull
