Worried about this combo for arena.

Well as you all know arena is though and takes skill & a lil luck especially with us multiboxers why im worried? well im having fun leveling my team im just not sure how well they will preform at 80 with little dmg brust & my goal is to obtain wrathful s8 on this team i will mostly be pvping with guild mates i currently am leveling a disc priest + 4 aff locks which is smooth for dps. i enjoy hellfiring/holy noving a bunch of mobs at level 70 i can see its going be rough to get a decent rating with arena having so many geared players, the thing is these opponents of mine most likely cant not play their class correctly still leaving they to a victory for the very fact of my gearscore & team combo. i would like to know any one out there currently or have done this combo type and had positive experiences?

There is not enough time via points for you to get full wrathful even if you hit 80 right this moment without getting gloves/pants from VOA unless you are like 2k+

Well, Cata "should" come "soon" i think that is what is talking about.. and lock + priest will have a hard time in Arena in lvl 80, they are way to squishy, things should be alot better in cataclysm tho :) my tip is play up your team, and just play as much as you can to get "used" to the team(the lvling part is just the beginning) and hope for a fast cata release!

arena season ends with patch 4.0 before cata even starts. you probably have a month max before 4.0 hits. After 4.0 there will be no arena season until a month or 2 after cata starts fyi.

That's a big assumption about your opponents not being able to play their class correctly. Even at a 1600 rating, you'll be surprised how many decent players there are.

I hope you're right, but I remember for WOTLK, patch 3.0 hit a few weeks before the season ended. How can you forget that after seeing all the rets in arena? :D

The arena season ended and scores were pulled the week of 3.0. You were still allowed to arena after that, but I'm not sure if points still accumulated (probably did), but the rating earned meant nothing as far as the ladders went. It wasn't until WOTLK hit that arenas were disabled. I was maxed on points, without anything to spend it on, so I really can't say if points still went on until WOTLK launch - but i'm sure they did. Some of the best times in arena charging in and T-Storming a team and taking off 50% of their life to start.

How should my talent tree be looking guys as this combo anyone?
