What the hell!? PTR Installer

Just tried to download the PTR installer and got this crap :<

Anyone else get something like this?

And if kaspersky has given you any trouble with other torrent/peer to peer programs in the past?

I went through battle.net with my authenticator to log in and downloaded from there all seemed legit.
Kaspersky has never given me trouble in the past but I don't use this pc for torrents, I have a torrent server for that.
The installer was unsigned, should it be? I would have thought not but if it's only PTR software it may not need to be : /
Actually thinking about it the first 2 attempts (tried diff levels of security through KS) had no sig but the last try did have..

its fake kaspersky done it before a blue has posted its ture and nothing worng with it somwhere i can not find the post now My AV not picked it up seems kaspersky had a fall out with the ptr?

Aye just had a read through some posts
Seems kaspersky has finaly let me down :( been so good to me for so long. Feel a little silly for thinking blizzard could have anything bad in there downloads and I'm sure it's the legit DL but meh! When I see "keylogger" I get worried as anyone who cares about there privacy etc would.
Anywho thanks :D

Seems kaspersky has finaly let me down :( been so good to me for so long. Feel a little silly for thinking blizzard could have anything bad in there downloads and I'm sure it's the legit DL but meh! When I see "keylogger" I get worried as anyone who cares about there privacy etc would.

the PTR Db was formated on saturday/sunday so if u did them before you have to recopy or they might still be pending.

Do you have the peer to peer option enabled on the downloader? I got 4 attempted hits from IPs that were blacklisted overseas when i first went to download with the PTR installer. I scrapped the game files and turned off peer to peer so that I only got the files from Blizz's http site.

Well I've just copied my warlock (maybe raiding main) and one of my ele's on the same account, both onto brill (little disappointed it's PvE tho) and had to leave my PC still downloading at lunch, hope it's mostly done by the time I get home but prob won't as I bet there are multiple downloads that need permission to start : /

ya there is a opt i trun it of as well faster download, dont worry about it my pc is safe and i used p2p the friest time

oh ya am ally atm there is free paid servies on the PTR atm :D might move over to horde
