It seems that maximizer shows the proper settings but when WOW comes up its 1280x1024
Any thoughts on how to keep it at 1920x1200 please.

Btw I have been using keyclone for a while now and love the program but stopped boxing now and would like to have the full screen on my second monitor while wow by default doesnt allow with out doing windowed mode.

Hi
I don't think you actually need to change anything, it should be working fine as it is.
I also use keyclone even if not boxing to load up WoW as I like to have the 100% full screen but be in basically
Windowed mode. My screen res in keyclone is 1920x1080 and when it loads that's exactly what it is BUT if I
Look in the WoW video settings it shows 720x576 i.e the pic

So do you know if is definitely not the correct res or are you just looking at the numbers?:)

If you edit your config.wtf file, you can set any resolution you like.

You can but the WoW client will just ignore any resolutions it doesn't consider "native". The screen shot two posts back is what the client defaults to if it decides that the resolution string in your config.wtf is wrong

Negative, this was changed awhile back. You can indeed put any resolution you want into the config.wtf file and have it successfully load as that resolution.

I don't know about the WTF files etc but he shouldn't need to do that, if KC is set to 1920x1080 then regardless of what WoW said, it should load ip in the maximizer as 1920x1080 or atleast that's how it's always worked for me.
Maybe the second monitor isn't set @1920x1080 therefore KC and WoW can't set it at that res?

I had an issue that keyclone(maximizer) wasn't showing me a resolution that I know was available within my WOW. The simple solution was to manually edit the keyclone .ini file and change the resolution in that file. Once I did that it worked fine.

I changed the resolution to 1920x1080 and it works fine i just have a lower part of my screen showing my desktop which isnt all a bad thing for shortcuts in all. 1920x1200 doesnt seem to be a selectable resolution in wow so thats that ,
Thanks for the Ideas

Fair enough. The game may load at the resolution specified, but the WoW client will not recognise it and default to 720x576, which is what will then show up in the Vidoe settings dialog and in response to a GetResolution() call in Lua. The later breaking things like Tukui quire horribly. Maybe I should file a bug with Blizzard :)
WoW's list of resolutions comes from your video driver. WoW will filter out various resolutions but should always include whatever the current desktop resolution is. The setting from Config.WTF is NOT automatically added to the list, so the drop-down box will not always show the right setting.
Side note on this topic, when Inner Space 1.11 comes out (in the next week or two) there will also be a minor update to ISBoxer 37. This update will add custom resolutions, for all games, synced to your Window Layout. Most games will filter out most of the resolutions IS adds, but they will pretty much all include the actual resolution used by your Window Layout.
In other words, soon ISBoxer users will be immune to the issues described on this thread. The drop down will show the correct resolution selected, and Tukui will work correctly. Huzzah! :)
p.s. this is already done and working. If any ISBoxer users are interested in trying this out, stop by the ISBoxer Chat Room and I'll hook you up
