It's not *that* crazy, I'd say pretty typical if you're a serious multiboxer. LCD monitors are very cheap nowadays, that's how I was able to achieve this setup. My setup is inspiration from a lot of boxers on this very forum.
Phone is a samsung captivate.

he says am sure he does one the stand spins round the cheep one is rammed by the big sceens and the speaker

The Samsung 24" monitor lets you swivel like that. The cheaper Acer 22" cannot swivel so I manually rotated the entire monitor on it's side and it rests against the other monitor and the speaker.
