OK I'll use littleburst as an example...since they've got several special characters happening on their toons names.

My question is How did ya do it...*eagerly wanting to use the same name 5 different ways* IE DeathPickle spelled with special characters across all 5 to confuse the alliance.

Líttleburst, Lìttleburst, .Líttlebursty, Lìttlebursty, Lïttlebursty, Littlebúrsty

woot, i'm famous.

the special characters i use are from a for me normal keybord(EU) "+ e = ë etc. But i'm guessing it's not that easy for everyone?

Keep in mind that it can be hard at times to see which character is which though.

as Fat Tire said, hold the alt key, and type a 4 digit combination on the numpad, then release the alt key.
for example ø : alt+0248

if in trouble, just select them in Word (insert special char) and copy paste into wow
