I have never owned a trackball, but have been waiting for a decent one to start out with.
I'm a big fan of Logitech and this being wireless might just be the one that makes me jump on the bandwagon..

I'm a big fan of this style of trackball and have been using one for years.

I am also a fan of the trackman and own several of them. I like this new version for general computing but gaming with this style of ball wears out my thumb. :)

Well, maybe I could rts with it but I can't wow game with it. Too much mouse steering and mouse healing.

Keep in mind that unifying reciever won't allow you to control two computers with one trackball (don't ask me why but ask their technical support to verify before you spend your monies). And the Optical Trackman Pro has more buttons.
