QuestHelper ('http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/9924/')

Makes doing Quests go by so fast. Every quest you have, it will map out a direction to go on your map where everything is. Makes a loop. Until you run out and it sends you back to town to turn in quests and get others. Check it out. You will be amazed.

Unfortunately only for US-Clients :(

But he realized every idea, I had ever in my mind. This just sounds amazing!

I've seen that one before, what should be different in the us client vs. the en UK client?

Hmm I can undestand it with the German client but the UK client should work.

I'm using the UK Client, I will test it if I have some time this weekend.

I hope I will have sometime, cause the girl I want to become my girlfriend soon is busy this weekend =)

I personally use Lightheaded + TomTom

How is it different?

I also use Tomtom and Lightheaded. Both are great mods. QuestHelper lives beautifully with these mods.

Questhelper shows you on your minimap and map where your quest objectives and turnins are... and a suggested route to minimize going back and forth.

There's not much that you need to do with the mod. Just install it, load up WoW, open your logs, go your map and see the suggested route with everything pointed out.

I'm still going to use Lightheaded because I love the ability to read the Wowhead comments to see what the drop rates are like and suggestions.

Try out Questhelper to see for yourself. :D

There's a feature with Questhelper that requires Cartographer to show the directional arrow (but this is optional).

It seems like the author of this great mod is not supporting it anymore.

It wasn't a mistake, I don't want to be bothered with maintaining this project. I learned Lua and played around with an interesting software problem, and now I'm done and want to learn about something else now.

Absolutely all the software I had access to to create this can downloaded for free. Linux, Wine, SciTE, and even Warcraft itself can be downloaded for free, although you'll of course need to pay for your account.

The extra bits and pieces of QuestHelper that aren't included in the downloads here are in the Git repository. I know it's a bit hackish in places and the code isn't well commented so it's a bit of a mystery what the hell I was thinking when I wrote it, but anyone that can manage to understand it well enough that they can make changes to it is welcome to do so.

And just as a warning, I expect the release of the next expansion pack to break QuestHelper.

Sounds awesome, gonna try it when I get home.

There's 10mil people playing WoW, I'm sure one of those 10m might adopt this mod!

There is a new guy adding quest to it again, the old author passed ownership to him...

It's working on the enGB client without any problems, on deDE it doesn't (of course  ). In addition I suggest MobMap which also shows droprates and a nice interface to search for QuestItems/NPCs etc.

You can find it here: http://mobmap.de/
