As you can see here in the image below in my main window i am pointing to an option to click with broadcasting on of course. So you can see below my slaves windows are not correctly positioned with my main's pointing which makes me make mistakes like choosing talents or key binds. im not sure what to do here any one know maybe whats the problem im occurin here hmm thanks.

my guess is slightly different screen resolution? check the isboxer screens maybe?
I usually check the minimap to quickly see if everything is correct.
as you can see (even without the interface window) the minimap is not perfectly round on some slave screens, meaning wow is rendering differently.

Genereally it's one of three things...
Aspect ratio...
--If it's different the mouse won't line up
Screen resoltuions..
--All windows should be set to run at the same resolution in game.. I think..
UI Scale...
--in Wow options..
If you have a character that is part of multiple character sets, that use different window layouts with different region sizes, ISBoxer will not be able to sync the resolution in Config.WTF to the window layout when you Export. You can manually edit the Config.WTF for that character (they're all in the WTF folder) to match the others in your team if you want, but just be aware that if you go back to the character's other team it's not going to match again ;)

In game I have all my clients set to 1920x1080. (load WOW, go into video options, check it's the same)
In ISboxer I have all the screen regions set to an aspect ratio that matches, even if it's halved...
Window one, 1920x1080
Window 2, 960X540
Window 3, 960X540
Window 2&3's resolution was determined by diving 1920x1080 by 2, to get the same aspect ratio... This was causing me issues when using a second computer since it had screens that were lower res. Divid by less or more depending on how big you want your different windows?
I'm not sure if my understanding is correct in this even, but I got mine sorted now and made a small spreadsheet to get around the size I wanted for the second screen's instances of WOW. Mouse is synced up between my 5 instances of wow, spread scross 4 screens (two screens per pc)

I can tell from your screen shot that your UI scale is off on the bottom left screen and the 2nd to top left screen.
Your action bars are smaller which means you have your ui scaled to the left a little more.
Easy remedy is to scale all your UI bars to the far left or far right.

oat this can not be the problem as all my clients have UI Scale Turned off here a shot.
Even with UI Scaled tryed on to the far left like you said i did this with all my clients and still mouse wont line up.

ok, let's go through the isboxer settings again.
1. Screen sizes
When you create your windows layouts, you define the screens and their sizes.
Click on a Window layout, then in the bottom frame click on regions and for each screen (green rectangle) you'll get a "size" parameter.
This parameter must be of the same RATIO.
For example, since i have mine on 1344x840 on the main, and 336x210 on the slaves (4x smaller)
you don't have to use those numbers obviously (my screen setup is a bit special as this is my second computer, not the main) but the ration must be maintained.
All my screens have a ration of 1.6, and are set like that to match the main screen (on the other computer) at 1680x1050 (still 1.6 ratio)
2. Rendering sizes
in my 2-computer setup i had to change the default resolution in ISBoxer to match the main screen.
The resolution drop down can be found in the lower panel, when you click on the name of your layout (top item in the treeview)
You'll see the switcher keys settings and all that, and towards the bottom you'll see a checkbox with "Desired rendering size". Make sure this is set correcty.
I personaly have mine set to 1680x1050 (you can type the values if they are not in the list) to match my main resolution on all wow screens.
hopefully that'll help
make sure you save your ISBoxer settings and then export them to Innerspace (use the ISBoxer file menu)

When I was troubleshooting similar issues I made all my screens the exact same size in ISboxer,
set your screen 1 to be the same as 2-5 and see if the mouse line up. It will be so tiny you won't be able to play like it but it may help you to understand\work out what the problem is.
Also see if it lines up at the logon screen rather than in game.
lol that isboxer screenshot is completely different from your in game screenshot on your original post :)
are the minimaps still distorted when using this new layout?
can you post a game screenshot of that?
Also try and force the "Desired rendering size" setting maybe.
in any case, you should still be able to use the in game "Video" setting to change the resolution and try and find out which one matches the main screen better. That might give you an idea of what's going on
