jamba strobe follow issues

For certain bosses i turn off jamba strobe using the IS boxer keybind Shift Alt F. The problem is after the boss when i re-enable it my toons wont strobe. They will just run off crazy.

The only way i can get them back on strobing is to /reloadui.

Anyone seen this problem before?

I have Use Master as strobe target, pause when drinking/eating.

yes i have same problem right now the fix is convert to raid for now jafulia is aware of the issue alsoand looking into it lol. u can still do randoms if your in a raid group its sumthing to do with the comunication in a party

Also the alt f combo is now opening my backpack everytime i try to strobe or follow....

I've checked all my keybindings multiple times... anyone else seeing this?

What version of Jamba are you using? There was a bug in 0.5 to do with strobing. Make sure you have the latest version 0.7a, although there are some issues with that if you run battlegrounds and have not started a party converted to a raid (I think, best to ask roflstomp).

Updated to the newest version the other day and still having problem. yeah i'll use the raid fix

Yeah, I've noticed this too. I've boxed melee's before and make a lot of use of the strobe. Tried it the other day, and well, it wasn't pretty.
Good to know its getting some attention though, I'll try the raid fix as well.

It'll be rough for anyone whose leveling melee teams in the meantime though. :(

Wait. I'm not having a problem myself with follow strobing in dungeons / levelling. What exactly is your problem?

The only fix I'm making is for when you go into battlegrounds and you are not in a raid/party. If you are not in battlegrounds, everything should work just fine.

I also am having a follow problem with Jamba using ISBoxer. Mine simply reads "you are not in a raid group" when i switch toons anytime. To correct this I have to go in and reset the master manualy in the team menu. Any help out there? Thanx. This problem only occurs in BG's for me as I rarely raid.

When in battlegrounds and using Jamba 0.7 or 0.7a you will get the message "you are not in a raid group". It's a problem with Jamba 0.7 and I *think* I've fixed it, I've just got to make a release. I don't like PVP, so its real hard for me to test!

My problem is in Random Dungeons that i take strobe off for certain bosses.

For example. Last boss in Gundrak. Last boss in Utgarde Keep. Ones that i need to position on. When i got to hit Jamba strobe using the Innerspace command Shift Alt F it says its strobing and then they follow me, but the next interact with target spam i start they just start running off crazy like.

To fix this i have to reloadui and hit strobe again.

Hey Oatboat,

I don't think Jamba has a bug in this situation. I would check what Shift Alt F is doing on your toons. If it has this command "/jamba-follow strobeonme all" and you broadcast this key, i.e. all toons do it, then you will get chaos. That command is meant to be for one toon only.

Having said that, in my next random dungeon, I will play with the strobing on/off and interact with target just to see if I can reproduce your problem. Will let you know how I get on.
