Ok I know Im annoying and asking too many questions :) So here goes one more. Until I get my second pc up and running Im thinking of trying it out on my single machine. Ive got a pretty nice system and I dont think running 2 at a time will be a problem. My question is: Once Im logged in to both accts how do I go about controlling both at the same time. I know I can macro one to follow the other but as far as spell casting goes do I have to alt tab back and forth to cast or am I able to set up different keys on the keyboard to interact with the different windows. Ie: 1-6 on 1st acct and 7-0 on the second.

as far as i know you'll have to alt tab.
your keys will only interact with the active window (the active WoW)

AutoHotKeys is what you need. Check the FAQ and stickies, alot of information about that program there.
I'm using a single PC atm, i'm using AHK (as linked in above post) and VoiceCommander addon. The only time you should be alt tabbing is for quests, trading or learning new skills.

that is exactly what keyclone was created to do. going across machines was the secondary feature

I have keyclone and it works well. You have to pay $10 per PC, but imo it isn't a big deal.
