so yeah as the titlle says i should reach 80 this weekend, have gotten 3/5 furious so far, just wondering what i should do for weapons and shields?

Well, I've used the titansteel guardians forever. I'm finally doing randoms solo on each toon (for the pug pet) and got an upgrade for one of them so far (iLvl 232 mace I think) from ToC. Shield you can get Zom's crackling bulwark or the badge one. That's about your options early on unless you're planning on doing arenas.

Wrathful ofc, but i used dagger from hpos and shield from rpos all the way through on all shamans

I used protective barrier of light x 4 untill i got wrath shield. Best one to get for the effort it takes really. Unless you feel like farming PoS 24/7.

Once you got your mace x 4 and got like 2k+ SP buffed you could try queue with 4 shaman, 1 being the healer. Halfs your queue time + you get 4x emblems. It should be ok to run like that really. Most tanks got 35-45k hp anyway these days, not that much healing required.

Just wait for Cata and then equip the first green you get and it will be better than almost anything from Wrath =X

Farm Garfrost on regular for the staff to get you started, then try to farm for the shield. Garfrost is easy, only like 2-3 trash pulls before the boss. That staff will last you just fine until u get a shield/mace combo.

wont ding 80 this weekend due to horde losing alot on the 2nd day, maybe 79 but we'll see, next weekend is wsg Sigh
