I currently have a 24" LCD, I will be getting two 22"''s. I will be using the Vetra PS/2 or the new USB multiplier along with a KM switch. (Now that I think of this, does Vetra make a USB KM switch?) I think I remember reading something about using monitors with different res and having some trouble? I've read so much on here though that I can not find it. :) I will be running the recommended res on reach monitor.

i guess it depends on how you play, multiple pc's or not.
i got pretty old screens so i'm running 11*8 and 10*7
with synergy... no problems

tbh, screen size... i suggest you just take what you yourselve feel comfy with

I would have three dedicated PC's. I'm ok with with having the two different sizes, but I wanted to be sure nothing would be outta whack with the KM or the KVM.

Wireless mice will be out of sync, if you use them.

Thank you! I knew there was something.

I'm doing the hardware route like you did Xzin. AutoHotKeys is nice to get me going and to know I will enjoy the three box experience but like you said, its software. I plan on PvP'n so it will be well worth it.

On a side note, do you know if Vetra makes a USB KM? I've checked the website but haven't seen anything yes. I'm getting ready to email them now. I still may need to go the PS/2 route if they don't.

Let us know how the Vetra USB KVM works. I am interested in how quickly it can switch. PS/2 is nearly instant - good enough for PvP.

I most likely will not be going the USB route. They don't make a USB KM switch. I may do some more research and see if I can find one but your system(Xzin's) works already. I don't think I want to re-create the wheel. :D

I should add; they plan on having a USB item like the KM by the end of the year.
