Cybernetic Legion the Official Corp for Dual-Boxing.com

I've started a corp for dual-boxing players, it's called 'Cybernetic Legion' with a 'DBXCO' ticker. The headquarters are in 'Hek VIII - Moon 17 - Aliastra Retail' Center in the Heimatar region. There are no offices yet. The founder and current CEO is my character 'Dr Sirius'.

If you're interested sign up for the corp with an alt or a main. Don't forget there's also the dual-boxing.com channel.

Rather than run the corp as the usual tyranny I'd like to make it more democratic by issuing shares to anyone who invests in the corp to help it build and grow. So I've created an extra 1001 shares to be issued to corp members or investors who are willing to put up some cash at the very low rate of 10M ISK per 100 shares. This is an opportunity to get in on the start of something.

Okay let's talk corp divisions. I'm using the standard ones EVE gives you:

General, Mining, Invention, Manufacturing, Operations, Exploration, Warfare

There's a title to go with each one which determins hanger/wallet access, etc. Indicate in this thread what titles you'd like:

Miner, Inventor, Manufacturer, Operative, Explorer, Warrior

I'll also add some other titles as we go along, so far there's: Trader

Bear in mind that everyone with the same title gets the same access as you so don't put anything shockingly valuable where someone might move it.

EVE is a fantastic looking game.. but damn when I tried it out for a month my gametime felt like work.

Maybe I'll give it another shot.

Glad to see some enthusiasm! Next on the list of things to do is organise some working together - mining and missions seem to be the popular choices. Weekends aren't great for me unfortunately as I have family.

Can I also encourage people to mention the corp to any friends in EVE - it's perfectly fine to join with alts just for the socialising.

Oh and thanks to the mod that made this a sticky.

Maybe I'll give it another shot.

It can be difficult, especially as a lot of the more financially rewarding aspects are grindchores. However most of the EVE players here are pretty experienced so feel free to ask them (or me) for some advice on minimising the grind and maximising the fun.

Just wanted to say that I've been a bit lax with the corp recently asit's on an alt I don't use as much as all that but my new year's resolution is to recruit some multiboxing bodies from the main EVE playerbase as well.

With the keyboard shortcuts coming in the next patch later in Jan multiboxing should improve nicely so I want you guys to sign up with your alts so we can make a bit of noise.

Nobody has applied to join yet despite some good intentions - also my fault because I've been neglecting things. So it's just me floating in dock at the moment. However I have just thrown up a recruitment post on the EVE Forums http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1443098 so hopefully that will pull in a few people from there.

Just need a couple of enthusiastic peeps to get things going, my overall enthusiasm level has been running very low the last year or so what with the recession, moving home, looking after a toddler and so on.

Anyway like I said before, new year's resolution is to get move involved.
