Well, it seems more and more evident as of late that a majority of the community here feels that I shouldn't be here. Because I seem to have such a negative impact on many of the regulars here I guess I will just bow out. There is enough hate given all over the place, you'd think that a tighter knit community wouldn't aim to alienate someone so adamantly.

I don't care if you don't like me, I don't care if you don't like how I act or talk or even what I post about. When it gets to the point that no one wants to hear from you whatsoever there is no point in sticking around. I'm not going to stop multi-boxing, in fact I'm finishing that "unobtainable" goal of five shadomournes. I'll also be releasing all future guides on mmo-champion amongst other places since they seem to be appreciated by so few people.

For those of you who enjoyed my posts or theory crafting or whatever you want to call it, sorry to not bring you any more joy or laughs or whatever you got from me posting.

You might see me back around here when Cataclysm actually launches but there will be no community efforts given in any way shape or form, being ridiculed over attempting to help the community is something that doesn't sit very well with me.

Eh your probably gone already, but don't give in to the retards. There are quite a few of us who read your stuff and were able to take some good out of it.

I say this as I level up a bunch of alchs and jc's myself lol.

I really enjoy your posts, they are brilliant and enjoyable. So I think its kinda stupid (with all due respect) to "bow out" like this, kinda like your giving in and letting them win.

But of course it is your decision, and none of us can stop you but if you are leaving could i ask if you are writing in a blog or on another forum as i would like to keep reading your stuff.

Thank you and if this is goodbye then goodbye

Only a new member but I've learnt a lot from your posts. :(

Well, Just my opinion, I have never seen you act poorly towards someone. can't seem to recall a Mod or Admin having to correct you for not following Forum rules, etc.

As for your posts, they are a joy to read, And if nothing else, they sure get the community talking, whether they agree with you or not.

As for your really high goals, Even if you don't meet the end result of what you wanted, Look at what you did accomplish.

All in All, and I know people hate to hear this, But you already start with a modicum of respect when you join here, just for doing what we do. Add in posts that genuinly try to help people, that respect thing just goes up. Now here is the part that people hate.

You might have had a bad day, You might be needing that extra kick in the pants, or needing Internet hugs.

All the things you see are toys; at the end of the day, when you're alone in the dark, the only thing that matters is this...

[holds up the Book of the Law]
You WILL be alone. Upon retirement, you will take the Long Walk... which every Judge takes, outside these city walls, into the Cursed Earth. There you will remain for the last of your days, alone and carrying the Law. Class dismissed.

Wait, got distracted by showtime.

At the end of the day, It is you who either has self respect and esteem, or not. Maybe it's the old Marine in me, but I always hate to see interesting and honest people leave. And it is with that that I offer in all humility, F9thRet brand Epsom salts. Use this liberally and before long your skin will grow leathery and thicker, allowing you to continue to post threads which I find Relevant, Funny, and informative.

Seriously man, everyone here could post something nice about your posts, And many do. But it's up to you if you want to continue or not.

Anyways, my 2 cents, Digest and throw it out if ya want, Or try and take something from it, and keep going like the hero in the book Armor. Either way, I wish ya the best in whatever you decide to do.

Colin tons of people post their inane dribble on these forums, most bash you because... Well I don't know, but if you take the few that actually post AT you vs those that DON'T post but read everything you have to say you're going to find that there are like 5 completely self consumed fuck socks on the forums here and probably 50+ that like your info. The squeaky wheel gets the grease in most cases, but you're getting butt hurt over a few shit stains when all you really need to do is clorox bleach the underpants (ie use the ignore feature bro). Why make the rest of the community suffer? Just for attention? :)

Do you what you said : don't care. Continue doing what you like and ignore those grounches. All they want want is attention anyway. They don't write guides. Your contributions seem legitimate and welcome enough to me.

Shodokan get back here. If you are going to leave when some of the other people dislike you then you'll be on the road most of your life. If there actually was any major problem with your behavior your account here would have been banned. Just take a deep breath, think for a minute and get back to what so many here enjoy about you...... your, well MB stuff. Maybe in the future take the good feedback to heart and not the bad? My humble 2 cents.

grounches
Thank you for giving a new WotD. I guess I point fun at him, but he is 16, very intelligent and hard working. Most of the grief started when he came in saying how much stuff his daddy gave him, Most working slobs resent that, they work their butts off to get their stuff

this is a forum, nothing new here.
There will always be people that want attention, people that don't like people that want attention, and people that suddenly love the people that wanted attention and got none from the people that don't like people that want attention.

if that didn't make sense, read it again, slowly. Everyone will find a place where they sit :-)

Shodokan, I usually enjoy your posts and hope you stay around. I do think you play a game of one-upsmanship by posting in other's achievment threads with comments that make it sound as if what they accomplished is no big deal (like they diverted attention away from you), so I don't think you're a totally innocent bystander (example: http://www.dual-boxing.com/showthread.php?t=31571)

Eventually I think you'll come to understand that many people enjoy your contributions and are thankful for them and if you want to avoid the hate then stop personifying someone who is just seeking attention. There are a few posters here who have massive contributions to the MB world and I don't think anyone sees as an attention grabber (Jafula for example).

Goodbye posts are a magnet for drama llamas and flames. From the replies here seems like you get the idea where this is heading. Locking.
