Linky (http://www.wow.com/2010/08/04/blizzard-to-patrol-moon-guards-goldshire-for-harassment-erotic/)

Blizzard announced via the customer support forum that it will take proactive steps to quell some of the unsavory behavior on Moon Guard (US), a server notable for its infamous Goldshire inn naughty shenanigans.

Members of our CS team will 'patrol' Goldshire on Moon Guard on a regular basis, and take appropriate action for individuals violating the Harassment Policy. Note that this pertains primarily to public messages (/say, /yell, General) and unsolicited whispers. We won't be showing up with that mythical crack of lightning-- we'll just be watching silently for any rule-breaking language and following up privately with the player[s] in question.

I can't really stop laughing enough to be clever. I mean, it's so sad, but so funny. I almost want to roll a whole team to "RP". Man, guys think twins are hot, imagine the "business" I could get with quintuplets! But it does make me feel bad for real roleplayers. They seem to get stuck with an inordinate number of crazies and pervs.

I recall on Skywall a GM being upset that a guild member griefing people working on world dragons and had used /spit some like 1400 times in one day. The screen shot of the conversation was quite hilarious from a technical stand point. This was before TBC as well, the CS people had just silly amounts of data. That the guy /spit a certain amount in a day.

I suggest you roll a Human character and walk yourself to Goldshire on Moon Guard, it is the San Fernando Valley of WoW. It may be too late already since Blizzard has announced what they're going to be doing.

In all seriousness, they are not killing the RP or the ERP, just the /1 /y /s stuff that interferes with the general zone. They can still do what ever they want in /p /w even /r for the erotic raid. :)

Soooooo, Seen this and well I had to see it. All I can say at this point is just wow literally. Talked with some one on the server and They said they were being quiet clean tonight, but I would have hated to see it dirty.
I can't knock them for what they do, but man is it funny.

Nice to See Gm's reading zone text more then just going though logs days after.

Maybe they Maybe a new FBI Unit of gamemasters to go though bad zones?

Im on there giving private dances by the mailbox for 2 gold if any buyers are on.

Money exchanged is for time and companionship only, anything else that may or may not occur is a matter of personal choice and personal preference between 2 or more consenting adults.
