Cute puppy! This probably belongs in the addons section but w/e.

I never believed in those All in One packs because they usually include too much crap.

My UI is pretty clean and with the addons I use everything is moveable resizeable buttons/minimap/etc... Some basic ones I use-

Carbonite:
http://www.carboniteaddon.com/

One of the best addons ever created with more features than I could list here.

Xperl Unitframes:
http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/xperl.aspx

Moveable and resizeable party frames and much more.

Bartender:
http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/bartender4.aspx

Move and resize all buttons.

With just these 3 addons you can create a very nice clean UI. These are just for the visuals- I use many more addons such as Healbot, MSBT, Quartz, Jamba, etc...

The first pic you linked was using grid for unitframes, not sure about the second one.

If you can get used to it, and set it up right, grid can be a far superior unitframe to most others.

Personally I use Pitbull 3, with grid showing too so I won't miss any important debuffs.
(grid is the one that is best at showing debuffs in raids)

You can see my excellent UI by clicking in my signature, there is also an explaination of all addons that I use. Go down to see the IsBoxer Click Bar - very nice to have.

I'm going to assume you are talking about the panels (since I can't see the pics here atm) and will go out on a limb that they were created in photoshop and placed using either eepanels or kgpanels

[edit]
Thanks for the link to OdinUI too, it's close to what I was after for my new UI so will use it as a base. Likely just need to replace omen/recount with skada and then can put Jamba team into the slot vacated by those

I am still using NUI (http://nuiaddon.com/). Can't beat it. Everything is always in the same place every time. Doesn't hog the screen much. Has autoswitching of frame layout when joining party/raid. I used it to raid heal using my [mouseover] macros when I solo'd with my priest.

Edit: I forgot about the plugin panels. Omen and recount are snapped right into the ui automatically and you can toggle through them. There are other addons that plugin also but those are ones I use.

only problem I'm finding with all those is the lack of Vuhdo integration rather than Grid. I need a UI that works for all classes and for healing 10-mans, Odine seems to be the best base to start from for that and just snap out grid and use Vuhdo

Why don't you use Grid + Clique? I started with Vuhdoo too but when I switched to Grid + Clique it was a huge improvement for me..

I just find I like Vuhdo better overall, some of the added features and design work well with my playstyle.
