I have three lvl 60 chars I'm planning to team up with two lvl 74 chars to form a full group.
Will my leveling with those three chars be much slower in Outlands if I already now use all five?
Leveling will be much more fun with a full group, but if I lose a lot of exp it may not be worth it...

You will take a hit, but you will gain in multiboxing experience. It could be a good thing to have two "overpowered" toons running with your three lowbies until you get used to things.

Anyone who knows how the math is being done in WoW regarding how exp is diveded among party members depending on different levels of chars?

Not sure on exact math but using high levels allow you to kill faster and kill red mobs (red to lowbies) so the total exp works out the same and over half the exp is from quests which don't change points. The 5 man training is well worth the time.

Won't be able to queue for random dungeons though, and probably not specifics either, so you'll probably have to enter those manually if you want to do any.

Personally i'd level the 3 60's to 72 or so atleast and then fill the group.

Agreed, hit quests hard and fix the gap.
Maybe you have a character out of the group to body guard them, depending on class make up they could just need a heal after combat or what not. They need overlord dead, etc.
That said I wouldn't pass up grouping up to do some 5man instance quests.

At level 74, they can still get exp off of any mob lvl 65 and higher according to http://www.wowwiki.com/Experience_point So if you want you could try running a lvl 65 instance. Depending on the roles of the 74s it could be a cake walk.
But I'd just do mad quests on just the 3 toons to close the gap a bit. Get them to 65, and hit up Nagrand, do the Ring of Blood questline for some nice weapons, and you should be doing fine. I'd keep the 74s in the same zone as your lowbies, and bring em in for group quests and instances, but leave them out for the bulk of the questing. Once you close up the gap, and if there's any outland zones your 74s havent done yet, you should group them all at once. Why lose out on the xp and gold from quests if you don't have to?
