Isboxer cant move the proc bar

I tried to alt-drag but for some reason I can't drag the proc bar around from the middle of my screen =/

This isn't ISBoxer, it is Jamba. And to move the Jamba proc bars around, you need to go into options, go to Jamba-Proc, activate the test bars, and then alt+drag them around to the desired position.
