Click Bar help

I made a link to pastebin I am trying to make a click bar and I got it all right I thought, but now when I click on the bars I made. My mouse goes to my top right corner of my screen or to my toolbar over one of the Wow windows. If anyone can take a peek and let me know Id greatly appreciate it. http://pastebin.com/Xz3pU2jt
