So, since I've started the paly group on Doomhammer, things are going reasonably well. There is a matter of what sells the best on the AH so I'd like some of your input of whats currently in-fashion when it comes to crafting etc. Sure, some would say that server economy's are unique, but I'd still appreciate your feedback.

Draxl is skilled in Mining and Skinning
Gunolf is skilled in enchanting (mostly for disenchanting to sell the mats)
Kuin is a leather worker (to make armor kits and cheap greens for disenchanting)
Mician - nothing yet
Moravos - nothing yet

So far the only thing I'm making money on is light leather and low level gems from mining. No ones buying copper ore or cloth.

Should I take up herbalism? Alchemy? Jewel Crafting (for prospecting)?

I'm also interested in suggestions that would make money down the line.

I have always made good money from JC and also enchanting by selling the matts,

Not sure on Doomhammer though, haven't looked at their AH.

Inscription is another one that always seem to sell.

Not sure how high the skills are but I make money from making JC rings on my DK and disenchanting them on druid, then making formulas with vellums and selling enchants. Serious profit involved here.

while leveling up. Pick up wool cloth, goes for up to 50g/stack on my server.

For low level stuff, save all your cloth, ore, leather and gems. At the right time, you can make some bank from the low level stuff from people just trying to skill up fast.

use up that extra cloth by making your own greens. Strange dust is a good sellers normally

Be sure to rob some of the low level stuff (second to bottom tab) from the guild bank and sell it. It's just rotting there . . .
