First, make sure the ISBoxer Addon is enabled on all windows from the Character Select screen.

If that's not it, and you didn't change anything besides the Hotkey from Alt+F to Z, then whats happening is ISBoxer is sending Shift+F11, Ctrl+F11 or Alt+F11 to the other windows to get them to follow, depending on the window you're in. If you have any WoW Key Bindings configured to use F11 or combinations of shift/alt/ctrl+F11, those may prevent follow from working.

If you changed anything besides the Hotkey, then I would need to see your configuration to see what else you changed. Or, you could go to File, Clear and run the wizard again, then don't change anything (including Hotkeys) until you test it and see whether it works out of the box or not. It may help to follow the WoW Quick Start Guide, which helps avoid and work through some problems like this: http://isboxer.com/index.php/guides/69-wow-guide-quick-start

The F11 bag binding doesn't interfere with ISBoxer, that's normal and expected (neither do any of the other WoW-default key bindings). ISBoxer overrides that. I'd be surprised if that was really it, but I'm glad you got it working ;)
