Logitech G13 help

Are there many of you that use the G13? I just picked one up for a killer price on dell.com and thought i'd try it. The regular profiles are ok, but there has to be something better to suit multiboxers a little better. I don't need an exact profile, but just some tips on how to better set it up.

I just start with a default profile (all empty) and make my own. The included WoW profile is unusable.

With an almost default (changed FTL DPS keys from 1 -> Alt + 1 and so on) setup of ISBoxer and Default Keybind config in WoW, this is what I use.

G3 = Tank Key
G5 = Tank + DPS Key
G16 - G19 = Tank pull spells/stuff I need to do manually from time to time on the tank
G22 = CTM + IWT button
Up on the stick is a nudge to break follow
G23 = All Jump for Nexus boss

I use ISBoxer with my G13. My WoW profile is empty (except for the stick) as ISBoxer reads the G13 keys directly (except for the stick). Some of my keymapping is

4,10,11,12 - Master Movement
5 - Main attack macro
6 - proc attack 1
3 - proc attack 2
13 - FTL assist
14 - IWT
18 - Follow
16 - Mount
20 - Master jump
22 - Slave jump
Stick - slave movement
23,24 - priest aoe heals
