Did you use the wizard? It will set you up and get follow and assit attacks to work right out-of-the-box. Use the wizard and customize from there.

To set up ISboxer: open Innerspace, load every toon you want to set up in Innerspace, close WoW, run quick wizard.
Watch the video for the wizard.

Do you have a macro for all your slaves
/follow (insert leaders name)
Example: /follow jinkobi
You need to put that macro on your bar - with lag spamming follow just goes with the territory. You also need to set all your guys up to assist your main.
Put /assist (insert toons name here) on your bar as well.
Example:
/assist jinkobi
That's like the most basic stuff right there but should get you started. You also need to turn on your keyboard repeating when you're in WOW. You do that by hitting whatever hotkey you bound it to in ISboxer.
Well maybe that's a start until we can narrow your problem down more.

If he's using ISBoxer then he doesn't need either one of those macros on his bar. Also, the only time you should be using any sort of repeating is if you're typing the same thing on all windows [ie; /cast hearthstone or your password to login] or trying to use the mouse to turn in quests at the same time, otherwise they should both be off. I realize that each person has their own playstyle that they're entitled to and ISBoxer adapts to everyone, but what you're describing are the basics of Keyclone and such which are unnecessary if he's using the ISBoxer wizard to set this up. As for his problem I have no idea, he should probably join the ISBoxer chat room so people can try to walk him through the basics.

I would also suggest that you do not install Jamba until you get ISBoxer running as you'd like. Limit the variables so in case one causes issues with the other you won't have to deal with that. Install Jamba and set that up once you get ISB working.
At a basic level I would start fresh. Log into each toon separately and exit wow after each. Start up IS and setup the WoW game profile if you have not done that. Then startup ISBoxer and run the wizard. Choose the characters from the list which should have been populated with the list of chars you logged into previously.
This will create a basic setup of which you should be able to login and run. Assisting and follow are all setup.
Definitely join the IRC isboxer channel as well for further help.

If you end up using jamba, you can set a macro for all your toons that will enable FTL strobing and another macro to turn it off. FTL strobing will make your slaves automatically strobe the /follow macro to the master.
FTL Strobe On
/jamba-follow strobeon <master's name>
FTL Strobe Off
/jamba-follow strobeoff all
This will ensure that if your follow is broken, they will attempt to follow you again.
If you are going to make a macro for a battle formation, you will need to add the "/jamba-follow strobeoff all" command to the key that puts your toons in formation.

i want to thank all of you that have helped me with this.
ok so what i did was take a step back and started all over. i found my problem was i was trying to start at step say 5 and not step 1. i had my 5 guys all running in different ways and could for the love of all things not get them to follow me.was some kind of key mapping problem and alt+f was not working. i got it all working now :D. still a few bumbs im working out, but going good.
so i think 2 things i need now are how to get them to turn 90 and 180 degrees. can that be dune?
im running locks right now. i would like to run a a team with a tank/heal/3dps later can i run master-healer and slave tank/dps
and last one anything i need to know/set up for healers/tanks slaves?
thanks again for all you help.

you can search for Ualaa's guide to isboxer locally on this forum, or its linked back from http://http://isboxer.com/index.php/get-isboxer/9-wow-ualaa-isboxer-guide (http://http//isboxer.com/index.php/get-isboxer/9-wow-ualaa-isboxer-guide) .
For turning targets, i have a key with 2 steps. push it once and it does interact with target. The second push hits the down arrow on all characters which causes them to stop.
Ualaa's guide is very comprehensive. You will not need a lot of it until you start running dungeons. I would start with the basics. DPS keys, turn on click to move, bind interact with target. ( those 2 make questing a lot easier). As you get comfortable, look at the guide again, and add another piece that will make some part of playing easier. There is so much good information in the guide that it may take you a while to get to it all.
