Issue using FTL Assist Me

Hi all,
i'm having trouble with the FTL Assist Me function/macro. For some reason, whenever i call a FTL Dps key my main ends up targetting himself, and subsequently all the slaves target him as well.

it goes like this:
- main targets mob (slaves have no target)
- main fires spell at mob (spell lands successfully on mob)
- main autotargets self
- slaves target main. (i've seem them target the mobs for a millisec before targetting the main.

i've changed the default FTL Assist macro from the "But before, assist hot character" to "/assist {FTL}" but it didn't help in the end

My hotkey for FTL Assist is Alt+` and my key combination is ` (sent to all others, not main).
My FTL DPS hotkeys are num1-num9 and they are all mapped to do FTL Assist me (all others) and num1-9 (all)

any ideas?

Try using a hotkey/key combination w/o any modifiers in it. If that doesn't work, try resetting your in game bindings to default on each character.

tried that, unfortunately i get the same behavior.

i have now mapped my FTL Assist Me key to ' (quote) and its resulting key combination to ; (semi-colon)
Funny thing, is that when from the main i press ' (quote) then all the slaves correctly target my main's target.

the problem is when i use my dps key. the main flicks back to targetting himself, or whatever he was targetting prior to his current target.


Edit: as i was trying this, i noticed my dps keys were all FTL Assist to all others, instead of current.
that seemed to have solved the problem so far.
