Which Addons to Use with Jamba and ISBoxer ?

Which addons do folks commonly run alongside ISB and Jamba please ?

That's really all you need, but I also use Bagnon and Shadowed Unit Frames. Think i have a few cooldown timers and such, but to me Jamba and Bagnon are the 2 I can't live without.

I think there's no definite answer to your question. Some use alot of addons and some use none.

I use:

- Recount - to monitor my toon dps
- Vuhdo - For healing
- Deadly Boss Mod - For instance running
- Pitbull - Primarily for the casting bars but also for the nice grafics.

I've spent literally days trying to find info, including the ISBoxer forums and missed the top post in the WoW forum there.

There needs to be a name for doing this, kind of like 'sods law' - the inevitability of missing a post directly relating to a new topic you are going to post, that you have spent an age looking for but have managed to miss.

I think I have one of the best UI's out there as you can see from the SS. The IsBoxer action bars are in another photo also on my forum, they dont show in normal SS's.

I could not play with a tool tip like that. My tool tip is annoying as it is at times, and it does not take up anywhere near a quarter of my screen.

i use a number of addons, from memory
- jamba, obviously
- grid (+gridautoframeresize +gridmanabars)
- recount, to know how my team is doing
- omen, to know how my tank is doing
- questhelper + tomtom, (since my toons are on different levels/quests)
- deadly boss mods, for all the boss alerts
- ct_unitframes, i'm just used to the way it displayed the hp/mana info and class
- decursive, for easy one-click decurse
- gearscore, as it helps with who the loot will be best for in the team
- omniCC, shows all the remaining cooldown timers
- roguedamage, to replace the default font to something nicer

used to have
- autoprofitx, to sell greys (replaced by jamba)
- titan, for a quick view of money, lag, xp etc (not needed anymore)
- stealyourcarbon, to autobuy stuff (replaced by jamba)
- trinket menu, to see and easily select your trinkets (not used anymore)

Good to see you haven't changed a bit Sam, and still think you are the best in every single area. Be it something as subjective as the WoW UI lol
I try and keep mine less cluttered, and give most things a transparent background (titan, recount, omen etc) so i get to see alot more landscape rather than dark boxes with text.
Also, i must have some sort of neurotic issue but seeing those boxes not centered perfectly on the screen, or the the titan bar text all on the left with a big gap on the right makes want to yell and punch something. but that's just me :-)

on a side note, how did you manage to let samdeathwkxx die when you're questing with 15+ toons >.<

Eventually the action bars hid themselves out of combat and Forte Exorcist would show my CDs among other tweaks here and there [like removing the extra redundant totem bars]. The list of addons was [going off of memory]:

I wonder how much hassle you go through every time a patch breaks all the addons :(

I try to use the default UI for most things, the only addon breakage that would prevent me from playing right away is Jamba

Ya I agree fully thats just gearscore, I might turn it off, the tip tac is much smaller.

Well I am for seeing as much of the landscape as possible thats for sure. compared to most mine is not cluttered (not counting the gearscore thing), which boxes are not centered? Ya umm you can center all of titan bar but I kinda wanted to put less used stuff over far on the right.

Look at his level ... in dragonblight ... Im not pulling to my crew I am running my whole crew to the mobs and they will focus on the lowest level, I can take a few deaths and pull 2X the mobs or I can take no deaths and kill 1/2 the mobs .... Ill take some deaths.

Hardly any. If you use popular addons those authors usually make it a point to jump onto the PTR so patch day is easy for everyone.

QFE. Most of the ones I use are usually updated before I even get up to patch. Sometimes the new updates are out before the patch actually hits. It's about the only time I'm glad I sleep during the day...by the time I get up, all the hullaballoo is over with and I get patchdays without nerdrage. ;) Stuff that's consistently broken after a patch is stuff that gets replaced.

Only restarted boxing about 10days ago, UI work in progress.
But i want to use the stock UI as much as possible.
