How annoying is this going to be if it goes live? Leap of Faith (http://cata.wowhead.com/spell=73325)
I cant imagine priests that dislike multiboxers and pull random members behind trees or what not. Even better pulling your leader out and making all your toons come running back instead of casting.
Nuisance.

Care to paste the description here? Many of us are at work at that is a blocked sight. I'm trying to load it on my iPhone, but my reception sucks so badly that it will likely be a failure.

wow, very interesting! This is good news for my priest team! Easy recovery after a fear. I'm excited!!! Though I do see your point about being annoying... now it's the priests job to save those who can't move out of the circle/blob/purple ring of doom.
(sorry, hovering over doesn't work for me either... that must also be blocked. I did pull up the blue post on my phone and am reading about the other changes)

I assume that the OP means that it could be used to grief a multiboxer who is on your team in a BG. A priest who hates multiboxers sees one in a BG on his side, and follows the team around, using Leap of Faith to disrupt the group when it is fighting other players. And of course, the player then blames the boxer for losing the BG...

Yeah, its a asshat prone spell to be sure. But outside of that its a welcome spell for a large swath of play on that side of the game,
I am interested in what it does to targets that are incapacitated / have lost control of their characters.
i just hope it stops the pulled character when it's running :-)
/places priest near ledge over lava of doom and certain painful death
/target someone running
/leap of faith
..
/profit!
i also wonder if it lowers the threat on the pulled player.. if not that looks like a nice way to pull all mobs toward the healer :(
Finaly, i wonder if it works when moving..
/jumps from very high ledge
/target friend still safely on ledge
/LEAP OF FAITH lolz
/cast levitate on self
/laugh at friend falling in lava of doom and certain painful death
...
/profit!
ah so much fun to be had.
I'm sure this is going to be largely modified comes Cata

/votekick ftw when this happens....If they ask why, report abuse :D
Plus with this, it could be an amusing sight for an all Priest team. Everyone spreads out, targets oneanother, casts this at the same time, they all leap to one another's spot. Mexican Jumping Bean Team :D

And for the ones in your group, abuse of game mechanics to negatively impact the play of other people is an actionable offense. ;)

Some of this reminds me of City of Heroes. At first, the ability to teleport party members to your position was an automatic ability. Players would grief lowbies by hovering or flying high over an area where there were hostile mobs of a moderate level, then invite and teleport a player to their location. You cannot die from falling damage in COH, but you end up with a single hit point. Which means that dropping a level 12 player into an area swarming with level 20 mobs was a sure death.
Eventually they changed it so that you got a pop-up box asking you to confirm the teleport. :)

Heh, that's pretty funny. This one has a much shorter range than the scenario you're describing, though :)
As I see it, It's nothing more than a friendly death grip.
All the abuse that could be done with Death Grip will also be doable with this lol.
The only down side is that you do it on members of your faction, so you'll probably get an earful in chat after the abuse
I wonder if it breaks on ground objects, like blink tends to do when the ground is not perfectly flat.

This will work well for mixtures of shamans and priests. I was already thinking about switching one of my five priests for a shaman, and the fact that I can "life grip" back into the totem farm any toon that was death gripped out is a nice perk. I can see DK's crying about this one, and probably rightfully so.
